Improvement areas : AMDV Customer Service is not as good as their Sales. Whenever I try to reach Customer Service, it says they are closed. But I could reach Sales anytime. AMDV need to have 24/7 customer service to get better customer feedback and eventually get listed among trusted sellers."

"I would like everybody to please note that most of these reviews are from 2001 and 2002. It's nearly 2010 now!! 7 or 8 years is an eternity on the internet! The very fact that this company is still in existence shows that they are doing things right. Also, I wrote the company asking them to convince me to buy from them, and in 2 hours (two hours!) got a response saying they changed ownership 4 months ago and do not operate in the same way. I bought my camera, the next day my order was processed and charged, and the day after that it was shipped. They have had good communication with me and I am happy that I bought from them."
"I ordered a digital camera from this company in mid febuary for over 400$ and recieved the confirmation email shortly after. That's the best I have to say about this company. A few days later I attempted to use the track function to see where my package was and got nothing. I emailed them that evening and waited a day. No contact from them at all. I attempted to call them the next day and the phone number just rang. I tried their local number and the same thing occured. I even tried their fax line and the same thing happened. I promptly blocked my credit card but continued to try to contact them and got nothing. A week later when I tried to access their website it was gone. Now I see "AMDV is not available on their webpage" Suffice it to say that you SHOULD NOT order from these guys."
