I approached this order with a touch of trepidation due to the online ratings that are posted. Most of the bad comments about this company are from years back. When I read a few recent ratings, things seem to have changed, and decided to give them a chance.

I can not speak for the past, all I can say is that I was quite pleased as to the speed of the delivery of this item to me.

I ordered the item on-line on 12/2/09 and had to conduct the obligatory confirmation call on the 3rd. I, personally didn't mind. The young man I talked to was friendly, polite, and did his job (insurance and accessory offerings) well. He is to be commended.

Right after the confirmation call, the order was placed into the queue and shipped on the 4th. It was delivered to me on the 7th, at 1:30pm.

This was a very positive experience for me. Forget the ratings from 7 years ago: That was then, and this is now.
