"I used this company because it had a hard to find motherboard-85erv. They have a comment section on the order form and I indicated that I was leary using a company that did not have a rating on this website-ResellerRatings.com. I got a call right away and they informed me that the information they received from Soltek indicated that the mobo came with LAN on board. When they recieved them there was no LAN. They just wanted me to know and to know that they were shipping a free NIC. (It had a RT-8139 chipset-my favorite, so I was a very happy camper.) They were punctual and the parts were shipped well. I will definitely use them again."
"They are very helpful, and pleasant people, with low shipping charges. AIC Micro was also willing (able) to do same day shipping, something New Egg can’t (won’t) do. I received the product in perfect condition the day after I ordered it, and have had no problems. Product was factory sealed. They are simply box movers though, and as such, I would not expect a lot of technical support from them. They also claim (in a phone conversation, I have not needed to test this) that up to 1 year after the date of purchase they will RMA most equipment for repair or replacement."
