"First time shopping here, I had a good experience with these guys. They had the hard to find Epox 8RDA+ motherboard in stock for $20 less than Newegg, with free shipping. Easy ordering process, good email notification, and the board was shipped promptly, however ...

Maybe I shouldn't complain about free shipping, but AIC uses UPS ground and they were pretty slow. It took over a week to ship across the country and caused a delay in my computer building project. Over the span of a couple of days, I had ordered parts from a lot of different vendors (including Newegg). The mobo was one of the first items I ordered and was the last to arrive. Next time if I need something fast I guess I should spring for 2-day or overnight shipping, or shop elsewhere. Newegg uses FedEx Saver and the shipping time is much faster."

"Well, I'll admit, initially I felt pretty uneasy about buying from this company. What from the very little reviews they had here, although mostly good, it didn't sit well. But, I needed an external CD-RW quick, and for a good price as well; they delivered.

"All in all a great reseller. The products had excellent prices, and they actually charged what shipping really was for shipping, unlike some resellers who add an exorbitant handling fee. Best of all my order was sent in at around 4 pm their time, and was sent out 7:45 pm that same day, although because I chose ground shipping like a fool I still had to wait the 7 days for it to travel from the west coast to east coast.

The one complaint I have is that I ordered a firewire device and didn't specify that I wanted a 6 to 4 pin cable to hook it up to my laptop (call me ignorant, but I didn't know I had too), and now I can't exchange the 6 to 6 pin cable I recieved. I know it's not their fault that I didn't specify this, but then again they didn't state on their website that it came with a 6 to 6 pin cable either. Regardless, except for this fairly minor thing the reseller was perfect, and I would definitely use them again!"
