Good prices, quality product arrived early with zero damage or issues.

"I ordered an LG 2-zone heat pump, 2 heads and all accessories (pipes, wires, disconnect switch, etc.) and everything arrived 1 day early. I know others have had issues with these folks but my experience was perfect. Good prices, quality product arrived early with zero damage or issues."

bAIT AND SWITCH

"I found a filter i needed online for $32.36 and put it in my cart to buy. Finished entering my inforation and the site kept churning and the chat online went offline. I ended up calling to see if my order was actually placed. They said it wasn't and strted to place the order for me. I stopped whne the filter all of a suddent was $46 and change........I had the website up in front of me and the guy on the phone said he didn't know why it would say a different price. As another postr so aptly said.....RUN DO NO WALK away from these misleading people. Do they think people are that stupid? "

Do Not Waste your Money

"After seeing a coffee table at Ashley Home ( at more than double the price) I ordered it through ACF in early November and was told it would ship within days. After several messages I finally received it late December. ... Two weeks later the glue holding everything in place started to seep through the wood frame, the glass started to fall out and the wood was literally disintegrating. The smell was horrible! They sent out a replacement pretty quickly, however every thing was separate ( glass, frame and plastic track) with no instructions. And the hinge cutouts did not match up with the hinges. Several emails and apologies later, they acknowledged the mistake and sent out a new one. Guess what? Same issue, AGAIN! And not only that, but when my neighbor came over to see if we could fix it ourselves, noticed that the glass is too big for the frame!!! The incompetence is unbelievable! I just want my money back and forget I ever dealt with this company. "

Terrible company

"I placed an order on July 10th, the website stated it would be delivered by July 18th. On July 13th, I checked the website because I didn't get a shipment confirmation, which then showed a SHIP date of July 21st. I called (waited on hold for more than 2 hours) and they stated they were busy because of Covid.

I had pushed back install of these parts and other contractors who were supposed to do work because of the inaccurate estimate, that's fine, my fault.

I got no shipment notification on July 21st or 22nd so I called them again, waited nearly 2 hours again, and was told that it would ship in the next 24/48 hours.

On Friday July 24th I still didn't get a shipment notification, so I called again, I waited around 1 1/2 hours on the phone and was told the shipment would begin in 3-5 business days. At this point I told them I wanted to cancel my order, this is insane.
I then placed an order for the same supplies off Amazon, I saved money and received my first set of parts on Saturday July 25th with free 1 day delivery and the rest of my parts on Sunday July 26th with free 2 day delivery.

Today on July 27th I got a shipment notification 3 days after I cancelled the order..
At this point I'm contacting FedEx to deny the shipment and get it returned to sender because I know this terrible company isn't going to do anything about it. I'm not paying for shipment, restock or any of that and if I have to contact a lawyer, I absolutely will. This process has been ridiculous.

ZERO service!

"I ordered a unit that has never worked! We have tried for a month, almost daily to get refunded, no luck. I have only receive worse customer service from a cable company. I'm disgusted and frustrated and if I could go no stars I would! "

This place is a scam on every level

"This place is a SCAM on every level. They will accept your payment and then you will never receive the item you ordered, and then you will never hear from them. I ordered an AC unit 2 months ago and then never received an update about when it would be shipped. After hearing nothing for about 3 weeks, I decided to cancel the order and demand a refund. I still heard nothing. Like shouting into the void. Their hold times on the phone are beyond kafkaesque: expect to be given a "less than 3 minute wait time" and then literally be on hold for hours. The voice prompt will tell you that you can chat with an online agent, but this function is mysteriously always offline. I've emailed them several times and have never received a response. So they create a situation where the only way of getting through to them is to be on hold for hours. This screws over anyone who is unable to devote hours to waiting on hold (like parents with small kids, the elderly, and the disabled) and surely eliminates part of their pool of customers who are entitled to a refund. Their business model is creating the most excruciating customer service experience possible so that you eventually give up on trying to get a refund. After 2 months and many hours spent on the phone, I have only managed to get through to a human being on one occasion. This person told me that my order is now cancelled and that I would get a refund. I asked if I would receive an email confirmation of this. I never did. I still have not received my refund. I'm still trying to get my money back, 2 months later."

Bad service

"Ordered an ac unit that the website said would ship in 4-7 days. After waiting 8 days I called and they said it’s actually 6 weeks. Instead of trying to help us the sales rep was super rude and kept cutting me off. Shocking how bad his customer service skills were. Then I had to wait on hold for an hour and a half to get more order cancelled. "

Horrible

" Do not order from this company. I placed an order with this company. The unit I ordered could be shipped to California, however the adapter needed to run the unit could not be sold to California. I canceled the order live on the phone and this was put in processes. Three hours later I received notice the order had shipped. I called and spoke with customer service and the woman said the the order was canceled to late and the order had already shipped. Then instructed me to refuse the delivery and the order will return to shipper. This is what I did. It is now 15 days and I can not reach anyone on the phone, have waited on hold over three hours. I have now filed a claim with the State of Florida BBB. Sadly a huge mistake on my part. With the Covid out break I thought staying out of the store and place an order online was the right coarse of action. In the future I will not use any online service unless it is a company that I have a history and the company has a reputable store location in my home town. Very unsettling disrespectful experience. Being taken advantage of never feels good. Do not buy on line with this company www.acwholesalers.com.

Don't Do It

"Wholesalers but live and learn id you're thinking about purchasing from AC Wholesalers do yourself a favor DON'T. I purchased what was supposed to be heat pump systems somehow I received strictly AC Units, one of which was damaged along with the heater coils for the heat pump systems that I didn't get. In the midst of the installation process COVID 19 happened my kids were at home, we were on quarantine so I couldn't get my units installed. I was outside of the return window by 14 days but wait here is the kicker I called on that day to find out what id anything could be done do to the pandemic? So I was told they were trying to see what they could do I would hear back immediately. Needless to say I didn't here back, so I called back only to be told I needed to wait a little while longer they were still working on it. I called yet again for them to tell me they were still working on it. I called a third time and at this point I am frustrated because the customer rep was always rude she never listened ans always out talked me when I was speaking. I called her on it my last call and she became sarcastic when I was trying to get my point across and told me that she let me speak now I need to let her speak. I requested a manager to contact me before hanging up the phone. The wait time to here back is 24-48 hrs each time that I called back I had not received a response after waiting 72 hours. Once I hung up on the rep I received an email requesting pictures and information on the items I wanted to return, I had already sent this information on the first day I called so I emailed back for clarification. An email was returned telling me that those pictures couldn't be opened send them again, which I did. So after re-sending the picture I immediately then received a response that there was nothing they could do because it was outside the window of their policy or was it because I hung up on your representative. I started this process on the 7th of May and I am posting this on the 18th"

Terrible customer service

"I ordered my complete system from AC wholesalers. The wrong flow furnace was ordered. They offer to Take back the furnace without any charges. Then at the end they refute and want to charge me 15% restocking fee and $400 to ship unit back On top of the price of the new furnace."

Good luck if you need to return or exchange.

"If I could give them no star I would. They do not back there own shipping policy. I thought I ordered the wrong thing but was told I was sent the wrong item. First, they said they would take care of shipping than they said they would not. They said they would wave the restocking fee since I am reordering they did not. At this point, all I want is a shipping label to send the system back so I can get the correct one, no such luck. CSR basically said it was my problem getting it back. I made arrangements for a freight company to pick it up and they could not because the company did not send me a label, they cannot ship it. I was told the system is a good system but I am losing nearly $500 just to return it. Once this is over and exchanged, I will never do business with them again and never recommend anyone else to. It is just not worth it the money or aggravation. "

They don't stock anything

"They're a drop shipping company. The website says they have stock -- they don't. Spoke to the rep and they said the website stock estimate is 'drop shipped' from a warehouse.
If I ordered today, it'll be shipped monday, according to the website.
The order I placed four days ago may be shipped next wednesday, according to the phone rep.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
