"Guys, stay away from this company. This company is a rip off. I ordered 2 spindles of Printable DVD-R from their site. One half of each spindle was damaged. The DVD-Rs were already burned. I was able to see the burn image on the media. I would never purchase anything from them for sure. "

"This company has the worst business model ever. I received my order in a copule of weeks but one of the ink cartridges was defective. ABC Ink says that the customer must pay to ship the defective cartridge back. I talked to customer service and the lady agreed to let me use the prepaid envelope used to return empty ink cartridges (sent to same address). The RMA was clearly written on the pkg, now ABC Ink says they never got the package and tells me I am at fault for not tracking the package. Bottom line. If you get a faulty cartridge, you will have to pay to make it right. ABC INK won't pay for their defective product. You must. Don't count on this company. They had horrible customer service and will not replace anything they claim was lost in the mail. Be aware! If you get your item and it works..great. If not you get screwed."

"I was hesitant, after reading reviews about this company, to order ink, but there was a sale and I was desperate.

Having received my order I must say I am beyond satisfied. The price for the ink was good (I was so desperate I tried to order ink from overseas to save $$) and the turn around time was incredible. I was surprised to see an email with my order and that it had shipped the morning after I placed it. And because I live in So. Cal, the free shipping was next day (note: it was sent via UPS instead of USPS - weird, but I was like Okay!!). I’m not writing to doubt anyone else experience. I have not tried the ink so I do not know if I will need to RMA and what that ordeal might be like. I’m only here to say my purchase with ABCInk was better than most of my online purchases.

"Not very happy with this companys reliability. A few days after ordering my ink, I recieved an email from an unknown person saying that they had recieved my order and were shipping it back. I thought nothing of it until I recieved my order, and sure enough I had recieved the unknown persons order.

It even took a full two weeks for the wrong package to arrive because they had put the wrong city with the shipping address. I have not recieved any indication from them that they are aware of the issue even though they recieved our order back from the other person. I am currently trying to get this straightened out, 16 days after ordering and I still dont have any ink.

Are there any good ink resellers on the internet?

"I ordered on the 13th of Nov. with "Free" Shipping via first class mail. I was sent a email on the 16th of Nov saying my order had been shipped. THEY LIED. It did not ship till the 23rd. Using the USPS Delivery Confirmation # on my package which I recieved on the 27th it says "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on November 23, 2004 to expect your package for mailing" Please note, not I would recieve my package on the 23rd, but it would be mailed out on the 23rd! ABCink lied, and unless you dont mind waiting 2 weeks for ink find someone else."

"I checked this site only AFTER placing my order with abcinc.com (for a copier refill kit), and needless to say was disappointed to see the low raiting, my only course of action at that point being to hope for the best. Much to my surprise, when I called to inquire about the tracking number which did not work, I was greeted promply & professionally, with a hold time of just 1-2 minutes, if that. My question was immediatelly and very politely answered - the tracking number was correct but the tracking URL was not. The item arrived today, well packed and pretty much as advertised - minus the FREE CLEANER (whatever that was). Based on a few copies, the toner works fine. About the only complaint I have is the company's use of a freight consolidator which when coupled with their use of the US Post Office ..... makes very very long wait shipping times - (12 days from California to Illinois). Most likely I will buy from them in the future - I am still young enough for the items to arrive by my retirement age ..;-)."

"Bought 1st replacement cartridge for brother 1200 series (mfc9600) after 3 years and maybe 6500 pages of copies (one man medical operation; there have been no changes in my volume of business since I purchased this product). Replaced with abcink 'TN460 compatible', thinking that I would get even more capacity. I installed the cartridge two months ago (August); the copier is already starting to indcate 'low toner' after less than 600 copies, and the copies are getting thin lined. Customer 'returns', Ken did not return calls, I finally got him on phone and he stated that I did not have a problem, nothing that he could do or suggest. He stated that 'there are original, OEM, and "compatible" cartridges, and that he could not do anything. He stated that he could not know whether I was really using more ink. I stated that I did not want anything more from him than to be honest and prevent the same problem from occuring to other unwitting internet purchasers. I suggested that maybe his suppliers were not being honest with how much ink they put in the replacement. In any case, ABCINK was absolutely non-responsive, and immediately stated that they could do nothing for me but hand my complaint to the marketing department.

"I ordered 15 inkjet cartridges for my laptop, from ABCink, when I received the order 2 of the cartridges had a "use before" date on them that was 2 months prior to me receiving them and 7 of them expired in just 4 months. I emailed the company, about the problem and they sent email back saying they would check with their manufacture (for what the date is printed on the cartridge) and they would get back to me, they never have, and they haven't responded to 2 other emails I've sent them in a 2 week period. I went ahead and tried to use the cartridges that weren't expired and they don't work (I went to Staples and bought a Canon cartridge and I works fine, so its not the printer or the printhead). Stay away from this company if you really want to save money."
