It's Nov. 20 and I still have not received. Attempted to call, left voice mail on a computerized answering service. Attempted e-mail and got a server bounce back message. My order status according to the confirmation remains blank. My next move is to get a refund through paypal, which I will do in another week if my order status is not updated or I receive the item."
