"On January 13 an adapter I purchased was shipped to me/ Shortly after receiving this item I started using it. Within a week the wire jacket on the 110 volt cord side of the adapter broke loose and seperated from the adapter. The adapter stills works but the design flaw is too stiff of a jacket on the cable. The jacket became seperated when trying to fold up the cord and secure it with the velcro strap provided.
