I had a bumper and winch installed on my Tacoma at this shop, and I found a small issue with the way it was done. Kevin, Josh and the lead service manager went out of their way to make things right. I left having more confidence in their abilities as a shop than if nothing had been wrong in the first place. "It was during COVID when I ordered my kit took 6 months to finally get the kit and because i ordered it when I did I was put in front of the line because a ton of kits were waiting on the same part. They took my truck on Dec 23 I got it back the next day. Although there was some shadyness that happened because I took all parts to be powder coated away and left my bushings box behind only to be charged another 200+ they did a decent job. Ron is the man down there and will be straight with you. Go see Ron in waipahu. Vern is also a great person to deal with."
