"The worst company to do business with. First their customer service does not exist I paid $118.84, plus $17.50 to send back the item that was wrong. They say I ordered wrong item, if it that was true, have they not heard about customer is always right? They are offering me $59.00, so I pay for shipping and restocking, which is funny because it was drop shipped from main company. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!"

"Purchased a pair of "ramp safety straps". Two days later I had still not received the confirmation email or my tracking number, as promised. When I called I was informed that my original order had been taken by a supervisor and that person had done my order incorrectly! While I was waiting on hold (over 5 minutes) I noticed that the selling price for my item had dropped significantly. The supervisor that I finally returned to the line refused to refund the price difference even though the original order was placed incorrectly. He also informed me that if I refused the shipment I would be charged a $30 penalty for not obtaining an RMA PLUS a restocking fee of 35%! My order was only $19.74!!! While I did finally receive an invoice and tracking number, the tracking number provided (and confirmed) was invalid! I am hoping that my order will eventually show up...Or I will have to file a dispute with my CC company. I didn't see this site until AFTER I had placed my order. All I can say is: "They got me once but NEVER AGAIN!""

"Had I read all these bad reviews I probably would not have ordered from these guys, but I ordered a full set of Smittybilt XRC bumpers with tire carrier for my 91 Wrangler. The price with free shipping was the best on the internet. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, and I started to get worried when I started reading these reviews, but I got everything I ordered, and it is exactly correct. Maybe I got lucky, but I would order again from these guys. I did not get a tracking number, but I got the goods so I am happy. Could all these negative reviews be from other companies?"

"I just had a guy from 4wheelonline call me. The # on caller ID showed ***-***-****. I had to call him back so I called this # and a lady answered as "Pet Street Mall". I asked if this was 4 wheel online and she said no! The # on 4WO website is ***-***-****. Now how in the world would this happen?????? Just looked at some reviews for Pet Street Mall and they are not good either! All these guys must be affiliated some how!!! Very very fishy! I am cancelling my order now!"

"These guys are an absolute joke when it comes to shipping and customer service!

This is what they say about you order:

"Please be aware that tracking information will not be available for at least 3-4 business days. For tracking information email ****@****.. Please allow 7-10 Business days before inquiring about your order. Stock and availablity can change at any time. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at ****@****."

Now one week later, after the guy I talked to when ordering told me I would see my order in 5 business days, they cannot tell me any tracking info. They are completely worthless, don't call them if you need help with anything, they won't be able to help you!

"this company is a "shark in the water" when it comes to online retail. I advise everyone looking for their products to be very cautious and stay away from this shady operation. Phone calls will take at least 30 minutes to get a live person. I order a product that was on backorder, I learned without them, so they switched me to another product. When I received an email to "check for accuracies" I cancelled the order. They ignored that and rushed the order to ship by 8 am the next morning. I was shocked. I still didnt recieve it for over a week. Now Im stuck with the incorrect products and they want me to pay shipping and pay restocking. They are scammers. I advise all to stay away from them."

"Amazing to read everyones issues. This is obvioulsy a bogus company. I am experiencing my own issues with them and consider myself lucky if I make it out with eithe rmy money back or product. They appear corrupt and have no clue as to what a contract means in this country.

ADVICE FOR EVERYONE - Contact the Florida Attorney General. The Attorney General office will investigate, especially if the complaints are stacking up.

"OK I don't know who is worse 4whelonline or truxxxs equipment. I placed an order 14 days ago and the only thing i recieved was my Rancho shocks. After numerous emails I still am without my pars from truxxs. I would never use them again no matter how good of a deal they give me. I would rather pay a little more for peace of mind"

"Ordered tires today from 4WheelOnline over the phone based on what their website says they have in stock...and they're Super Swampers that I ordered...makes me nervous considering most other companies are completely out of stock in the 16.5 wheel size swampers in almost all of the styles. Became VERY nervous after reading some of the terrible reviews on this website...
They said they're shipping out of Cali which is close cause I'm in AZ, so I'll post a follow up if they show by Friday or Monday. I've had tires shipped to me plenty, and it has taken upwards of a week before. I'll let you all know my experience soon :)

UPDATE: Two days later- I received an email with the tracking number this morning, although the email did not contain the name of the carrier which I find odd. I called the warehouse where they were shipped from and obtained the carrier info and verified that the tires were being shipped to me, then tracked the number on the carrier's website and the tires are enroute to be delivered today via FedEx Freight.
Will update when they arrive..whether they are the correct ones or not. According to the warehouse (which just happens to be 4Wheel Parts Wholesalers) and they confirmed that the tires they shipped are the correct size and style that I ordered and that they were being shipped to me.

UPDATE: Picked tires up, but am not going to stress myself out again with bad reviews after the fact! Will just stick with 4Wheel Parts instead!

"okay, i ordered tires from these people on the 3rd of this month after seeing how good the prices were and couldnt resist. When the 13th came around i said HEY! Where the hell are my tires since it had been 7-10 days. Then i sat down at my computer to get on my email and what do you know, there was no tracking number (which they state will be sent to you no more than 3 business days later) So i called the number for customer service and after being on hold for 29 minutes to the dot, somone picks up the phone and says I have to email them to get a tracking number, so i do it of course.

To make a long story short i still do not have a tracking number, last time i called i was told the tires i had ordered had been back ordered until april( which im sure they have takin the money out of my account already). So i ask the guy what should i do, and he says i can either wait, ask for another tire or cancel the order.
DEFINATELY CANCELING!

All in all this company is BOOTY!
Dont Order form them.

Im pretty sure that the only people saying anything good about this company on this site are the 4wheelonline.com employees.

"Just got new KMC wheels and Dick Cipek tires for the F-250. I'm currently deployed in Afghanistan and computer time is very limited so I was taking a big chance ordering from these guys. In the end they had my back. I had to call customer service because I had messed up something with my card and they were fast and friendly on the phone. I got free and fast shipping and my truck is gonna be ready for the mud when I get home. All in all great deal I'll buy from these guys again.

"Ok, so I said I would never do this, but after reading the bad reviews I had to. I ordered a Bakflip bed cover for my new f150. Ordered Sunday, received a call Monday because I messed up the credit card number, got a email invoice and a shipping notice in 3 days and received the cover today(Friday). That's four days from start to finish and they also gave me a $50 credit because they ran out of gas cards. I would say it was a positive experience from start to finish. "

"Ordered a product on Jan. 8th charged my card on Jan. 10th waited the stated 3 to 4 business days for a tracking number, nothing! e-mailed after four days for a tracking number, received e-mail stating I would receive a tracking number within 3 business days, nothing. Called customer service and was told my product would ship from the manufacture and the would send me a tracking number on Friday the 21st, nothing! Called my credit card company and asked to dispute the charges from these scamers!"

"these guys are the cheapest i found for Rancho shocks. But after i read their, "don't bother us for a week 'cause we don't post tracking #'s for that long or longer",disclaimer on the "order received" e-mail, i tried to cancel the order. Well, they don't cancel by e-mail, you have to call them. Just try to get someone on the phone to do that. So i decided to wait it out. It took two weeks for them to ship, and another 5 days to get the shocks. I don't think i'll do business with them again. I think these guys don't stock anything, they farm it all out."
