"What a rip-off this company is. Wish I would have checked reviews first! These folks a criminals, and should be forced to seize doing business. How many people do they have to rip-off before they are shut down?

I ordered a "white" soft top for my Sidekick, and was sent a top for a samurai. I had to pay $16 to ship it back. They sent me a replacement, only in "black". They claim now, that the "white" top is not even available through them. Now, I have been told that I have to pay another $16 to ship this one back, and I'm sure I won't get my full credit for the original price. In total, I will have ended up paying at least $48 in shipping cost's for absolutely NOTHING!

I have never seen a return policy like theirs either. DO NOT do business with these people! Phone calls to the company are a joke, and emailing back and forth is about useless. I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company, and let them investigate.

DO NOT BUY FROM 4WheelOnline!!!!!

This is not a legit company, only a scam! I ordered a grille guard for my FJ over the phone and was told that if there would be any delay in shipping the product, I would be informed before they charged me, so I could cancel the order. This was the first lie. After a week I received an email with a false tracking number and contacted them, and they told me that my product was backordered and would be shipped in the next week. A week later after calling them several times, I was sent another false tracking number from an order that took place back in 2007. I continued to call numerous calls over the next MONTH and was repeatedly told that they would figure out where my order was and / or cancel my order and call me very next day. Needless to say they never called me back. This morning I was told to go **** myself. I talked to the manager, owner, and several customer services reps. This is not a legit company, go somewhere else.

"Unlike most reviews I had a more positive experience. Ordered tonneau at good low price one week before Thanksgiving and received it 4 weeks later with shipping damage. Successfully used their email returns process. As clearly stated in their returns policy (which I read before ordering) my credit card was charged for the replacement item, which was received within 2 weeks over the Christmas period. My credit card was fully refunded within 1 week of shipping the damaged cover back. This is the second time I've used this seller, and I would order again as long as I was not in a rush for the item.
NOTE: Shipping damage was not their fault. Product is pre-packaged from manufacturer and dropped shipped.

"This is by far the MOST aggrevating online purchase I have ever made in my life!! This company can be called no less than thieves! I wanted to purchase a Superchip for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. The site said the chip only went to a 2009, so I called the company to see if they had any idea when the 2010 chip would be out. A representative told me the chip I was looking at would work for my needs. I was happy for this information and ordered it. Lesson 1: always get the name of the salesman or representative, signed in blood, you are talking too from any department, because no department has a clue what the other one is doing, and while they were happy to sell me the wrong part on the phone, noone else wants to talk on the phone if you have a problem or are not purchasing something. You need to email them! So I did email them, over and over again. I sent the chip back for return 5 times at my expense. They would just send it back randomly with no explanation or paperwork and charge my credit card for postage each time they sent it back. 3 months later I received my credit with a restock fee of 25 percent and another postage charge. I have disputed this until they have wore me down and I am accepting a fraction of what I paid for the worthless useless chip. When trying to explain my problem, they just keep sending me the online ad back stating, the ad only says it will work for up to 2009. I should not have taken a salesman's word for it, but I am assuming since they work for the company, they are knowledgible about the products. My only recourse is to warn others of this company and turn them into the better business bureau. This company is a sad representation of online sales."

"I purchased a tonneau cover for my husbands truck. They offered 3 free gifts and a good price. Then came the truth. They e-mailed me they no longer had the freebies. The freebies were worth to me at least 75dollars and they gave me 30dollars back or they said they would at least. I received the e-mail of the change friday and wrote back i did not want it but it showed up at my door on Sat before i could do anything. I did refuse to accept it but the company is being very hard to deal with. They can e-mail me a change but refuse to talk via internet. I have talk to them on the phone but don't trust them..they have so far given me 3 different stories. By the way 5 days later they are still advertising the items with the freebies..so very obvious they are not telling the truth about ever giving the freebies..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. I AM FIGHTING WITH THEM and will be contacting the attorney general about them and hopefully no one else will get scamed... i did finally get my money back but they said well it in stock now but never even gave me a choice to wait for it to be in stock so still believe they never were playing to give it to me"

"I foolishly place another order through this company...my first order took nearly 8 weeks to fill. AFTER I called three times for a status. NOW my second order was placed 5 weeks ago and I have not received a tracking number - their website states I would "receive a tracking number within 5 days of ordering..." They damn sure didn't have an issue with taking my money within a couple days. I will never do business with this company again. If you don't mind hounding them for your purchase then knock yourself out. If you plan on seeing what you paid for then be prepared to do a lot of following up and begging for what you paid for. "

"I will never buy anything from this unethical distributor again. I purchased a soft top for my 4WD Vechicle and Received it in March. The instruction said that I needed to wait until the Temperature was at least 60 Degrees. So, Here in Michigan that meant the first of May it got put on. I discovered the Rear Window Zipper to be broken the first of June and began getting a replacement through 4wheelonline. All went well, up to this point, received the new top, sent back old top to Manufacturer and waited for my credit to be issued to my credit card. Was surprised to see that my credit was reduced from $233 to $175. When I asked why, 4wheel said that the prorated the return for the time I had the top. I called Omix Ada, the manufacturer of the Rugged Ridge top and discovered that they had issued a full Credit to 4wheelonline. When I called 4wheel back to find out why They didn't give me the full credit for the warranty, they just said that management had made their decision and there would be no changes to the. So it looks to me like 4wheelonline just took $58 Dollars of my warranty credit. What an unethical Company Don't buy anything from these people. The are dishonorable"

"I purchased a set of 4 rancho 9000XL shocks for my truck on April 29, 2008 for 249.95. About the beginning of June 2009 I noticed that the adjuster knobs on the shocks wouldn't move. So I called 4wheelonline.com and they gave me a return number and said that they would have to charge me for the replacement shocks and refund me once they were able to say that the shocks were in fact defective. So I gave them a different credit card from the one I originally used back in 2008. For sum reason they charged me $319.95 for the same shocks, but I figured that it would end up getting credited after they seen the shocks were defective. Well I received an email saying that they were defective and a refund was given to my credit card. Come to find out they only credited me for the original $249.95 and not the $319.95, and said rancho only refunds them for the price I paid. And also they credited me on my original credit card not the one I used for the replacement shocks of $319.95. Any little way to get some extra money out of customers. Never will buy from here again, and now looking at this page and seeing all the complaints I wish I would have done a little more research about this fraudulent company."

" Do not do business with this place; they will try to rip you off. They have a C- almost a D rating on Better Business Bureau 56 customer complaints in the last three years, and now 57 with mine, a very bad track record with there customers service.

They will try to rip you off in any way they can. I Purchased shocks from this place 4wheelonline.com, I talked to a person name Joel who placed the order for me, we both communicated Rancho rs9000xl-All, a week later the wrong shocks arrive at my house, the wrong shocks a cheaper version $166.00 dollars cheaper Rancho rs5000xl-All, but they charged me the full price of what me and Joel communicated over the phone Rancho rs9000xl-All, and I didn’t even want these lower priced shocks.

I talked to a person by the name of Albert who is another conniving loser tried to get me to Pay more money in order to get these shocks exchanges for the original shocks that I already paid full price for, but sent me the cheaper one's and charged me for the more expensive ones, $166.00 dollars difference in price.

I think they sent the wrong ones on purpose thinking either I wouldn't complain or trying to get me to pay more money to get the shocks I already paid full price for. By inflating the price if I wanted this fixed. Wanting me to pay full retail price of the original shocks I ordered, in which would of been about another $70.00 dollars on top of price me and Joel communicated over the phone, in which I would of never ordered if they wanted that kind of money “ Extortion!!”

I called them up for a full refund and rudely being put on hold for long time in which they never answer the phone anyways, I decide I had enough of this and hung up. I thought to my self, I am dealing with a major fraudulent company here. I have learned my lesson. Any place I deal with now I check over the BBB and get reviews first, I hope you don't have to go through what I did, check around on the company’s reputation and check the BBB first before purchasing.

I went a head and Contact Better business Bureau because I believe they were going to try to put a 35% restocking fee for sending the shocks back, and have me pay the shipping that they sent out, even though it was there fault for sending me the wrong shocks, by the way, you can not do a return over the phone with this company, they make you go through there web site, so that you have to check a variety of boxes saying they are not liable for anything and you maybe liable for everything!!

Like restocking fee's, shipping fee's like I had to pay for even though they sent out the wrong product, they rudely talked to me saying it's not our problem you have to go on our site for returns, this place does not want to talk to anybody about returns, a normal place would do returns right over the phone, that's another key check and see what there return policy is, and if you can talk to a live person about returns before ordering at that businesses.

I emailed four different entities trying to contact somebody on my problem order, four sites for customer service that there company runs, ****@**** and ****@**** and ****@**** and ****@**** I probably emailed each of these sites that they own 3 to 4 times each, and not once got a email back from them on my order!!! In tell I paid shipping charges back!!

They did not want to email me because they were trying to avoid paying shipping back!! when it was there mistake in first place for sending the wrong item to my house, at the end of this I has to pay shipping back.

Right after I paid for shipping back I get an email form the owner of the company, the biggest spineless loser you can ever imagine named Ryan!! Saying he would of prepaid for shipping back, but I did not send any emails of the problem with my order.

When in truth I have proof that I sent about 10 emails prior to the date he is talking about, I emailed him back told him he was a two faced liar, I know it!! He knows it!! And GOD knows it!!

Basically being a coward two-faced lair he is, would not step up to the plate and dined paying the shipping back even though he is the owner, and one of his workers named Joel shipped the wrong product to my house. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANY OTHER PLACE TO ORDER YOUR STUFF BESIDES THIS PLACE, YOU WILL HAVE A HIGH PROBABILITY THAT SOMETHING IS NOT GOING TO COME RIGHT OR YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IN FULL IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, AND FORGET ABOUT EMAILING THEM ON YOUR ORDER OR PROBLEMS, THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS UNLESS IT'S IN THERE FAVOR. I GIVE 4WHEELONLINE.COM ON A 1 OUT OF 10 A 1.
DEFINITELY LOSER COMPANY.

"I ordered an Aries bull bar (grille guard) for my 2006 Tacoma on Wednesday night, the 16th, and received it Friday afternoon, the 18th. Unbelievable fast delivery! Their price was significantly lower than their competitors and included free shipping.

The item was delivered by UPS and very well packed all hardware and adapters as well as instructions that were specific to my vehicle were included. I installed it by myself in about an hour. It was a straight forward install, although some of it required working in cramped spaces and awkward positions. An extra pair of hands would make for a much speedier and easier install.

I am very happy with this transaction. I just ordered some PIAA 540 driving lights from 4wheelonline.com to mount on my bar and again they had the lowest price with minimal shipping. I will do an update here once my lights arrive and have been installed.

It's all good! Received my PIAA lights very quickly. They were well packaged, complete and in perfect condition. 4wheelonline.com is 2 for 2! I am totally satisfied with both my transactions with this company.
