"I did not believed that they will do it, but my 360 come back working perfect and we not problem at all. I opened it, try to repair by myself and did not work. They did a great and clean job. Recommend it."

"We bought our refurbished xbox 360 a year ago.... The one received didn't work after two weeks so sent it back and the next one they sent us red-ringed the first time we turned it on.... So sent it back, and the third one we received has worked almost a year. Then we had to get it repaired a couple weeks ago and just got it back and now it doesn't work at all..... So we had to send it back..... A little frustrated as to why we can't ever get one that works the first time? Feels like fed ex spends more time with our xbox 360 than we do?"

"We sent our XBOX in w/ 3 lights in the Ring of Death. Got it back - it was LOUD and the console was not put back together neatly - but it worked. For a short time... All of emails concerning the warranty on their repairs have went unanswered. Our phone calls have not been followed up on. Giving them another chance but if they don't respond soon I guess we'll call our cc company to have them pursue further. Another note, from my trouble shooting with XBOX before sending it in they said it was the laser, XBOX 360 pros said it was the power supply (all power supply tests were good before sending it in however). Still no idea what happened to the fan. Low hum when it went in, roar when it came back."

"This operation/"company" is called "360 Pros" and they claim to repair defective XBox 360 game consoles. In my experience, they did not fix the original problem, although they have charged 100 for the repair and 20 for FedEx. The unit shipped back presents significant additional problems, plus a big sticky label indicating "DONE" in red letters, slapped to the side. I am not completely sure whether "DONE" refers to me or to the defective unit, much as I dislike it, I tend to believe more of the first, less of the latter. I certainly rate this operation a scam. The customer service responds promptly to email inquiries (within 48-72 hours), but strictly before the payment clearance.
I wouldn't recommend "360 Pros" to anyone and I'd dare suggest a more appropriate business name, "360 CONS".

"360 Pros were unable to repair my XBOX360, but offered me a discounted, refurbished XBOX360 for just $10. It comes with the 90 day warranty and although I am not so happy about my XBOX360 not able to be repaired, I am happy they can offer me one that does work for cheap. "

"Received inoperable XBox with wrong power cord. "I shipped my Xbox 360 (Halo 3 Edition) [fried ethernet by power surge] by FedEx Ground and they received it in 4 days. Got an email saying it was going to be 99.95 for another repair. I called and had to wait for 30 min, just to be told by an angry rude lady on the phone, that the email I received was wrong and my Xbox could not be fixed. So they charged me return shipping the next day and I received my Xbox 3 weeks later. When I shipped my Xbox, I sent it in the Halo box it came in, packed in a plain box with instructions to return the same. I stated that the Halo packaging was collectible to me, and I didn't want FedEx stickers on it. Well they sent me only the Xbox back, with repair stickers on it. Stickers I had to peel and clean off. All in all, a fat 0 out of 5. Worst customer service one could get anywhere."
