"I sent it out the 12th of October, They recieved it the next day the 14th it was being repaired, The 21 I get a Email saying it can't be repaired and that I need to sent another $30. or $40.00 dollars for a working machine. Had I known the hassel and price I would never had them fix it. They claim a 90 day guarenty. I hope I at least recieve a xbox 360 consol. I haven't recieved anything yet. They have recieved all there money CLOSE TO $150.00 DOLLARS AND it is the 28th of October. They claim a fast repair and a total price of less than $100.00."

"Getting my xbox 360 in for repair was great and good communication.That is where it stops,my repaired xbox 360 had a problem once I recieved it back and notified 360 Pros and esales about it.I recieved one email for a PS3 repair and not my xbox 360.I am still waiting on someone to address my problem which now is going on two weeks.I will not use this service again and will not recommend this service."

"With the same color as XBox, I assumed that I was dealing with the brand name XBox. After the free shipment to the 360 Pros, I was informed that I needed to send the pros $99 plus $ for the shipping bac to me. I thought this was a good way to receive XBoxes free and recondition them for sales as I wasn't about to spend $150 for my box that stopped working"

"Overall it was good. Service was solid, quick turn-around time. Only issue with them was their Web site said that repairs do not cost more than $99 - a reasonable price point for a repair - once I sent in my XBox - they quoted me $107 + shipping - they already had my box - so it wasn't cost effective to have them send it back to me after doing nothing -

All told - I had to spend $131.00 for the repair and shipping - meaning that their Web site is misleading on the verge of bait-and-swtich.

So repairs are fine - but I feel duped on the cost.

"360 Pros are pros! This was the second time I used them. They fixed my son's Xbox in very short time. I even got a phone call from them when another minor problem was discovered. They are very professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations."
