Horrible Customer Service

"I had ordered a part and 4 days later the online link provided by 2WheelPros did not show it had shipped. I wrote an email requesting when it would ship. What I received in return was a nasty, snarly response about being an 'adult', crying to my 'mommy', and to "quit harassing" them.
I doubt these people need to be in a customer centric business, especially with the attitude shown to me concerning a order shipment and their feeling that customer questions are 'harrasment".

“No, Thomas did not just "write an email requesting when it would ship". Here is what he wrote: "I'm wondering why my order, which was placed 4 days ago, still hasn't shipped? If I'm paying $8.50 for the shipping of an item the size of 1/2 a match box I would like to have received it in a timely manner.
This is not a good way to run your business.". Does this sounds like "wrote an email requesting when it would ship"? Or does it sound like a snarky email with unsolicited business advice? We always enjoy those. The best part is that Thomas's order DID ship 2 days before he sent this email, and we sent him a tracking number 2 days before his email.

We charge a flat rate of $8.50 orders if the order is under $99 and orders over $99 ship FREE!. Please note that Thomas was not forced to pay anything, he chose to order and pay the shipping amount shown on our website before he placed the order. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to post this here, so everyone is aware. Free shipping on orders over $99.

In fact Thomas's order was shipped and in transit when he initially emailed us and he had the tracking number. So we resent Thomas the tracking number once again. The tracking number was showing the item is in transit. Yet Thomas wasn't having it (or maybe didn't hit refresh in his web browser?), he emailed us again saying "Well, thank you for the reply. I used YOUR link to check on my shipment and it still shows that it has not shipped as of when I checked and then emailed you. However, your attitude is one that will make sure I will never use your site again, and will advise all my friends via FB, etc the same. ". Of course this was not true, because we made sure the tracking number was valid and came up before we replied to Thomas's email, just to make sure there are no issues. But Thomas decided to make threats and "advise all his friends" about us. Lots of customers have a laugh at our replies and order from us telling us all about how much they enjoy reading the replies. So we are glad to oblige.

We then sent a tracking number once again (3rd time now) along a screenshot of USPS's website showing the package progress. This made Thomas really upset (could have been the screenshot of USPS's website that triggered him) because maybe he figured it all out at that point. That's when he apparently decided to really pay us back for his computer problems, and post this review.

disappointed and aggravated

"The wrong part was sent in the mail the right part number on a receipt that matches what we needed on their internet page now a 13 year old little boy well probably miss out on his race this weekend expecting to get the right part flower in the middle of the week and nobody won't get it to us in time and it **** to feel like you let your kid down

I'm hoping once I'm able to finally get through to somebody on the phone at Two Wheels Pro that they well make it right and send the right one out today and overnight it so I can have his bike put together tomorrow and we can still continue with our plans but this right here is why I do not like shopping online it's about worth it paying a little more at The Body Shop and no one what you ordered is going to be right

“We are sorry you are disappointed, and since we are leaving 1 star reviews for companies that did ABSOLUTELY nothing incorrect and shipped exactly what the customer ordered, we'll try to be very honest and detailed in the reply.

Joshua ordered a clutch hub, but what Joshua needed (we discovered after he emailed us a picture of the part he needed) is a pressure plate. These are 2 different parts in the clutch, they have different function and of course different names. You ordered a clutch hub and that's exactly what we sent. So its probably easy to blame some company for not sending you what you needed, but we can only send what customers order, not what they wished the ordered or what they thought they wanted. If it helps your relationship with your 13 year old to blame it on 2WheelPros - we'll gladly take the blame.

Just to clarify some other half-truths - the customer DID get us on the phone and we replied to his email. Keep in mind, we are on the west coast, so your time zone may be different than ours if you are calling early in your morning. ”

Very Unhappy

"The customer service here is terrible. I had a package of scooter parts that I needed to fix my scooter that I commute to school and work on that never showed up. The USPS said it was delivered on a certain date but I never saw it and I looked every day, two to three times day at times. The customer service at 2wheelpros was HORRIBLE. It took them 10 days to tell me that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to file a dispute with my credit card company. I would not be this mad only if they had told me this information the first day I emailed them as it would have saved me from a week and a half of waiting to be told nothing could be done. I would have ordered parts from a different vendor in the meantime and had my scooter running. I will never order parts from these guys again unless I absolutely can not find them elsewhere. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU CAN HELP IT!"

Product not as described

"We ordered a ATV rear brake line kit that was pictured and described as a 3-line line kit with a T connection splitter. We were ordering by the description since we have a generic ATV and we were matching up parts. The shipment came quickly however the one that we received was a single line kit. We contacted the company. They responded with an answer that was not very customer friendly, stating that we received exactly what we ordered and that the picture was a generic picture and not product specific (although they never said anything about the incorrect description). We feel that the company was misleading on their website and the tone of the customer service was not friendly. Since then they have put a disclaimer on their website explaining the "generic" picture, still nothing about the incorrect description. In their defense, they did offer a refund and sent the return information. We would have to pay for return shipping. The shipping and "handling" fee was $8.50, so we would have $17 in shipping both ways. So, buyer beware, the item description may not be what you get."

“Product was EXACTLY as advertised. You ordered a rear brake line for a 2005 Yamaha Banshee 350. That is EXACTLY what was shipped to you. Upon further conversations via email with this person, it turns out she has a 2005 Linhai Bighorn 260CC ATV which is quite a bit of a different vehicle than a 2005 Yamaha Banshee 350. Obviously that is not what was ordered. We sent exactly what was ordered. There was nothing incorrect on our website, even though it was a generic item image (the listing is for brake lines for a myriad of different ATV model), yet you get to select the model that is yours and we will ship the part for that exact model.

This person however could not understand why in the world a brake line for 2005 Yamaha Banshee 350 that she ordered, would not fit and is different than the one 2005 Linhai Bighorn 260CC ATV. We don't even know what a Linhai Bighorn is, and we don't sell parts for them.

Also there is not "fee" to ship the item back to us - that is another idiotic claim. If you want to return something, you can do that at your expense for any reason. If we made some mistake - say we shipped something different than what you ordered, we will even gladly pay for the return shipping. Nothing weird about this - this is how every place deals with returns.

So buyer reading this be beware of these unreasonable customers leaving absurd reviews, who tell you the sky is green when we all know its really blue. ”
