"Ordered my door storage bags on Sunday. Today is Friday. I called,
To find out when I will get them. They called their warehouse and couldn’t get through so they don’t know when they will ship. I’m waiting to hear back before I cancel the order.

I wish I checked the reviews before placing an order with this company.

"I wish I checked the reviews before placing an order with this company.

I placed my order on May 22nd and haven't heard back until May 27th (for 5 days). On May 27th, I received a shipping confirmation via USPS. However the tracking number was showing as "pre-shipment" without any activity, meaning the label was created but not shipped yet.

I sent them an email asking when the part would actually ship in a very kind and formal way. I am a business owner as well, and I would certainly expect the same professionality from people. Anyhow, the response I got from their customer support shocked me! Incredibly rude and extremely unprofessional... I responded back saying they lost me as a customer with this attitude, but the response to that was even more surprising, saying "they didn't care"....

Looking at the reviews on Google and Yelp clearly shows me I should have checked the reviews even before placing an order with them. I rarely write reviews, but this company and their customer support certainly deserve a 1-star review.

“Glad to know Ervin Levent from Los Angeles, CA will not be our customer in the future.

Clearly he is not any kind of a "business owner" as he claims, because he would have at least a bit of an idea that everything is delayed right now including USPS (maybe he hasn't heard of the COVID-19 shutdowns, people not working because they are scared to get sick, etc - USPS is not immune from this). No one was rude, we stated a fact and told him to simply check the tracking.

Here is how this went:
First this person (who ordered a $3.45 item from us - those are always the most narcissistic) suggested we are lying to him by providing him a tracking number. Not sure why he thinks accusing a company of lying is a "very kind and formal way." to ask a question. As if we would make a fake label and not actually ship their order (why in the world would we do this?). We can't get into these people's heads (and don't want to), but it is so absurd to accuse us of somehow lying to them by telling them the package has shipped. Makes no sense. We ship thousands of packages every day, USPS picks them up in their truck daily. We have nothing to do with when they update the tracking information - and we specifically note this in the shipment confirmation email to wait 24 hours as USPS will not update the tracking right away, until a package passes through a sorting facility. Sometimes it won't show up until the next sorting facility, but what would make someone think that we would lie about shipping a package?

Also just to clear up another false "accusation" - Ervin placed the order on Friday 5/22nd evening. Our website CLEARLY indicated that the availability of the item is "Ships within 2-3 business days". Now Monday May the 25th was of course a national holiday, and his order shipped on Wednesday - EXACTLY AS PROMISED. Within 2 business days. Even if you consider the USPS delay (which is not under our control), it is still within the promised time. We deliver on our promises.

Of course if Ervin just waited an hour after he posted this review, he would see there IS tracking information, it simply was not updated on USPS's website yet - just as we said. Here is the tracking number for whoever wants to read this.

Then of course this narcissistic tool said "You will certainly get great reviews from me for your asshole comments and know-it-all attitude." and continued his rant in a reply. We don't even know why he replied in the first place, but that's apparently what narcissists do.

To which we simply replied "We don't mind losing customers like you." - which is the most honest thing we can answer to a person like this.

Then of course the a**wipe couldn't help himself again, so he replied "I won't be the only one... Trust me... That's why there is BBB, Yelp, Google reviews etc."

So PLEASE any customers who are like this guy PLEASE DO NOT SHOP ON OUR WEBSITE. We truly and honestly do not need or want customers like this. You have lots of options online.”

Half and half.

"Dealing with 2WheelPros was fine. However, I only received part of my order, and I think your company should know why. First, you should know that I live in the mountains of Colorado. And I understand that because of where I live, that it's sometimes more difficult to have things delivered. I live in a gated housing development, but all of the delivery companies have the code to the gate, so they don't have any problems getting in. However, in the winter, the roads can be covered with snow, which makes it difficult to deliver at times. The problem is that UPS, the shipping company you choose to use, has a lousy reputation around here for not getting things delivered, and, once again, did not deliver my order. I used the UPS tracking number, and it said the order was delivered, but as I said, it wasn't at my house. So I called UPS, and they said (and didn't seem to have a problem with) that according to the drivers notes, he couldn't get up the road so he just left my order at the gate. Of course, when I went down to the gate to look for my order, it wasn't there. Again, I know this doesn't really have much to do with your company as a whole, but when someone buys something from on on-line company, and pays for shipping, they expect their order to get to their house. And since 2WheelPros choose the shipper, I believe that in the long run, the responsibility for this problem falls back to you. Just for reference, my order number is: 50-778454-352527 "

Rude, rude, rude Customer Service

"I bought a Yamaha Fuel pump. It takes 3 screws to install. It worked the day I installed it. Now 2 months later it stopped working. I contacted them to see about getting an exchange. They basically said nope. After 30 days you are on your own.
The response was rude and I will not recommend this online company to anyone. I am on a Yamaha Rhino forum and I will let everyone there know not to buy from this place.

I know it is past the normal 30 days. But an OEM Yamaha product should not stop working that soon. I guess I will need to purchase another one from a competitor.

“Customer is correct, we offer exchange and returns within 30 days on OEM Yamaha parts. Some aftermarket parts may carry a some other warranty through the manufacturer and you'd have to contact the manufacturer directly. We are sorry the Yamaha OEM part broke after a month use, but regardless of which "competitor" you purchase a Yamaha OEM part, it will be the same exact, identical Yamaha part, that comes from the same exact Yamaha warehouse. If you would like a warranty on a Yamaha OEM part, visit a local dealer and have them install the part, and ask them to warranty the repair.

We are not exactly sure sure what is "rude" about our 30 day return / exchange policy. Seems rather standard. We even went our of our way to offer this customer a discount if he wishes to buy another one - to which he replied or rather proclaimed "I will never order from you ever again", which seems a bit rude in our opinion.

Poor customer service

"The company said they had 24 hour shipping. Waited a few days for the shipment information. Noticed that it had not changed. E-mailed the company if the item was going to ship or not and if we should expect it after the new year. Simple question. The problem was the shipment tracking number wasn't updated on the company system . We got sent a new shipment number. Seemed like simple fix. The problem I had was the rude and unneeded commentary written within the e-mail. This type of behavior is very inappropriate. This is the question we asked, "So I'm curious when this will ship? Your website says ships within 24 hours and we are now over 3 days going on 4 and it shows it hasn't shipped. So will I be expecting this package after the new year?” I am not sure how that is rude. Just a simple question. The first part of the e-mail was very nice. It informed us what happened and that the items had shipped and we got a new tracking number. What was written under that could have been left out, " not sure why would be expecting a package next year. We do what we say. No need for the sarcasm or smart **** remarks. You could have simply asked, but then again, you are a customer... this is what customers do behind keyboards anonymously." There was no need for that part of the e-mail to be sent. I feel someone in this company might be projecting their own feelings towards customers ("rude, offended, sarcasm, smart **** remarks, and hiding behind a keyboard"), judging by all the poor reviews this company has. Moral of the story, even if the mistake is on the company (shipment information not being updated) they will respond to you in a rude manner. "

The 15 year old child who ordered, emailed with some snippy commentary (wish when customers left reviews, they told the complete and honest story). Apparently the child didn't like our reply. So he had his mommy call and complain. This review is from his mommy, who took most of her day posting half true reviews about our company on various websites. True story.”

Will continue to do business with this company!

"I ordered several parts for a sxs (gaskets,seals, bearings,weights etc.) and had received an email saying it was shipped with tracking number from Fedex. On the day my parts were suppose to arrive my status had not been updated from Fedex. I contacted them and they stated to get ahold of 2wheelpros as they must not have sent out the package. I contacted 2wheelpros and they stated they had sent out the order (which they had, Fedex was giving me the run around) but would resend the order with no fuss or complications. Having never heard of this company until I was price comparison shopping I will continue to do business with them for any future parts I may need! "

Rudest customer service to date

"So I bought a motorcycle gear bag that was a bit too big for me so I wanted to send it back. Long story short I got a bit confused about the process and contacted customer service. I sent a nutral email to explaining my situation and got a pretty awful email back. I’m a young guy who’s generally super understanding to miscommunications and other issues but the email I got back was obviously sent to me by a grumpy sales associate who wanted to get out of the office to party on a Friday night. There were 100 other ways of telling me the proper return procedures but I guess I just happened to get the rudest one. Disappointed in their customer service and would highly recommend you look elsewhere to shop.

If you are looking for some place to apologize to you for no apparent reason other than to make you feel less lonely on Friday night, this is definitely not the place. If you are looking for great customer service and fast shipping, this is the place.

Customer emailed us with a question, and we gave a very straightforward and honest answer. No offensive words, nothing but a statement of facts (maybe facts are offensive). But Victor Groot from Morgan Hill, California, decided that wasn't good enough and took the time on Friday night (very sad) to write up a bad review in order to "stick it to us" we are assuming. Victor is apparently offended by words on his computer screen (literally). Maybe Victor just needs a hug on a lonely Friday night. ”
