I ordered the Vantec fan from Ian yesterday at approximately 10am. I had it shipped 2 day FEDEX, but sure enough it arrived today at 11am. That's 25 hours between my order and fan in hand. Wow.
Very well packaged. All my emails regarding his fan stock were answered within hours, sometimes minutes. He also replied within 30 minutes when I emailed asking for the tracking number.

"Well, where to begin. First off, I never received a tracking number from the guy. Fine..np. I'll just "guess" when it comes in. How long would it take right? Well, an entire week goes by. No package. I call him up asking for the tracking number and he says he'll email it to me personally. Hours go by, and no email. I call him up again that day, and he seemed disarrayed at the moment. He couldnt find my number. Finally....after being on the phone with him for a few minutes (remember, long distance), i get the number. I find out it was stuck in FortWorth (I live in austin, tx) for the past few days. So i call up fedex and they explain to me the package was lost. So they told me what to do and I went through the process of going back to the guy at 2cooltek and having him send me another heatsink out asap. Preferably next day since it was well over a week now. He said the best he could do was 2 day (despite the fact he does overnight as an option on his site). Needless to say i was a little irate since that mistake cost me a week in upgrading. I still had parts from other places which i had to test and make sure it worked and that one week + one week to find time to build the computer was a looong time. anyways, I eventually got the heatsink almost 2 weeks later."

"Ordered a lot of parts to customize my system, over 10 different part numbers. Chose 2nd day delivery. The order apparently shipped that same day, as I had it on Friday morning. Everything exactly as ordered, no surprises or disappointments. Highly recommend this retailer."

"I ordered a ThermalTake Blue Orb fan from this guy (a 1-man operation), and not only did it break two days after its arrival, I had to ship it back at my own expense.

So I shipped at back, at almost half the expense of the product itself. Skip ahead 4 months. He ignored 5 increasingly urgent, but always civil, emails. He refused to return two phone calls to his office. And most recently, after I posted on his message board in the "order-related difficulties" section, he deleted my two posts and banned me from further posting - all entirely without communication.

I concluded he is willfully stealing my money. Therefore I would urge you all to be very, very careful about buying from him.

After taking my case to the public, by posting on several major tech forums, I got him to listen to me, and he agreed to refund my money. It hasn't happened yet, but I'll give him a bit of time.

Consider this fair warning. He will rip you off if you let yourself get run over.

"I ordered a GlobalWin CAKII38 heatsink and a tube of Arctic Silver III thermal compound from them. Their website is very straight forward and easy to navigate. However, in terms of customer service I found 2COOLTEK to be rather poor. After my order shipped and they gave me a tracking number I couldn't track the order. I would enter the tracking number and it said that there was no record of the item. I checked the UPS, Fedex, and USPS websites, but to no avail. I emailed them twice, but with no response. I requested two day shipping and it arrived at my mailbox about 6 days later. I really have no right to complain about that, considering I live in Alaska. I would recommend this reseller to anyone who lives near Florida (faster shipment, lower phone bill)."

The products were inside of a USPS box turned inside-out to hold the contents inside the envelope, though it was well-packed.
