Very difficult to work with when there is an issue.

"This company is impossible to deal with when there is an issue. I placed an order that shipped on time from the manufacturer on 12/28/23.....it's been 3 weeks and it still has not arrived and has no ETA. (see Order Number 9444621) The manufacturer messed up the FedEx shipping label. Instead of doing the right thing and re-shipping the order to me on a timely basis.....and having the manufacturer contact FedEx to return the missing item to them (which was suggested by FedEx) they decided to make the customer just wait it out and hope that one day it arrives. It's ridiculous and about impossible to speak to anyone higher than a powerless call center agent. I am a retired Director of Customer Care for a $1B international manufacturer so I am very familiar with this type of issue. Sometimes things go wrong......but it's how you make it right that matters. They have not demonstrated good faith with me.

Customer Service was very helpful

"Many options available which was great and had an excellent experience with Customer Service as well. The only thing I was displeased with because it doesn't disclose it before purchasing, is that after ordering and paying the total I was sent an email confirmation that said I needed to do a location check for my house. Found out that in order to have it shipped to my house there were extra charges per shipment which was up over $500 total and the white glove delivery then wasn't available either. So, I suggest reaching out to their Customer Service team PRIOR to completing your order so you can avoid this and are fully aware if your house is/isn't in their standard delivery areas. For point of reference, the location of shipment was Northern MI, 1 mile off of I-75, hence why I would have never thought this meant it was "off the beaten path". Again, still happy overall with the experience and the help I did receive from customer service after receiving the "location check" email. "
