"If I could give zero stars I would! With the President’s Day Sale I urge everyone to NOT buy from 1StopBedrooms. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I had ordered a couch back in NOVEMBER and I still have not received it. I have gone back and forth with customer service asking where my furniture was and wanting to cancel the order. I had asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and they said I could not do that and they would reach out and have someone contact me. I NEVER received a call back. I have multiple emails from the customer service reps dating back to the beginning of JANUARY telling me that my furniture had shipped. It had in fact not shipped and I have been going around in circles ever since!"
