Was very helpful with all my questions, He even modified two of the hard drive coolers with 2 extra fans on each unit for just the price of the fans (no labor charge for drilling the holes to support them, thank you Mr. Lane) He sold me high quality fans with high cfm to help cool my case and other equipment, to prevent over heating with my cpu, video card and customized my order to fit my needs. He offered free shipping for standard ground, I needed the part faster than ground, he only charged me $5.00 more for 2 day air from WA to FL. I am very happy with the high quality service and life time warranty he offers ( Also if I am not happy with any of my order he will refund all my money without restocking fees) I will always buy from 1coolpc.com
