"Ordered Jun 2014. It's Mar 2015 and I still don't have my order. Emails to 1991Inc actually do get responded to; however, the response is always "your order will be shipping soon".

"Never received my order (paid almost 3 months ago). First i was told to wait 8 weeks plus week extra for shipping. It's a scam. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau and disputing my transaction with bank.
Do not buy from them. If you did, dont bother with emails, go ahead and call you bank for dispute."
"I placed an order for a tanktop and a hoodie with 1991inc in July 2014. It is currently February 2015, and I have not received anything.
I was able to get in contact via email after sending about 20 messages. Each time they told me it would be shipping in "a couple days."
Their site says allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. It has now been almost 8 months, and I still have not received the products that I ordered."
"Finally had to report this sham company to Chase and they went ahead and cancelled my debit card and will be refunding my $202.00. Order was placed on 10/27/14 and never filled. No response to emails and their website is conveniently "down" now for "maintenance and filling orders". Just go ahead and call your credit card company or bank or Paypal to get your money back."

"Absolutely horrible company. Placed an order on December 4th and still haven't received it. Contacted them numerous times and was told they have 1000's of orders and mine would be out soon. Seriously if you say 4-8 weeks then that should be the time frame. We are in week 12 and they can't even tell me where the shirts I ordered are. If only 30 people work for this company (as stated in a previous review) it shouldnt be so difficult to figure out where the order process is. They have stated they will refund me with in 10 days not holding my breathe and will contact my credit card company in 10 days if the credit is not there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! "
"I ordered two sweatshirts in mid-November. In January, I emailed the company for a status, and was told that the order was processing, and that they'd contact me when it would ship. Last week, I checked the website to see if it was still "Processing", only to find that the site was down. I also checked their Facebook page, and their last update was the middle of November. Hmmm... Now, there is no way to get in touch with this company. I called my credit card company yesterday to file a report so that I could get my money back. I gave the rep the website so that they could see what I was talking about. It's a shame because there are neat items, and my son was looking forward to the unique sweatshirts. Buyer beware. "

"Two months since I ordered and my credit card got charged and the order is still “Processing”. I've seen some people had waited over 8 months already so I'm starting to get scared. No mails or messages answered at all and no sign of another human being around that company, and not even a phone or address to get in contact with them."
"Ordered a diamond sweater on 11/7/2014 , didn't find out it would take 4-8 weeks processing until after I purchased. I was willing to wait, but after 8 weeks I started to look for reviews(found all negative reviews) and I contacted them to see if I could just be refunded, they said my order would ship beginning of January 12th week.. Another week later and still nothing from the company. I filed a fraud report with my bank and suggest anyone else who has ordered do the same. "
"If I could give this "company" a negative star rating...I would. I ordered a simple gummy bear t-shirt for my boyfriend's Christmas present on 12-4-14 for $47 including shipping. I was willing to pay $50 for a t-shirt because I thought it was a unique item, and my bf loves his gummy bears. 1991inc took the money out of my account immediately, however, it is now 1-20-15 and I still haven't received anything. The order is still in "processing" according to their website. There is no phone number listed anywhere to contact them...although now I see why. With the customer service they have, their phone would be ringing off the hook 24/7. I e-mailed them asking what the status of my order was on 12-29-14. After finally responding, the e-mail they sent told me absolutely nothing, and it was very impersonal and uncaring. After many many e-mails back and forth with them, I was still getting nowhere so I decided to contact the BBB. They have still not responded to them. I asked them to cancel and refund my order...and of course nothing has been done as of today. So I finally just called my bank and disputed the charge and cancelled the debit card that I used with them. Now I have to wait an additional 10 business days...and I still don't have a gift for my boyfriend. "

"I ordered on October 15, 2014. But now is Jan 17, 2015. I sent the the enquiry email but no respond. I tried to use their online order enquiry but always said data incorrect. It's a very poor company. I don't know when will I receive the goods. I live in HK, I think they need additional 6 months at least for handling the shipment. "

They will NOT respond to my inquiry. They charged my credit card almost immediately!! Any company I have ever ordered from only charge your credit card upon shipping!! I will be contacting my company to reverse the charges. "
