Terrible communication / collect payment but never deliver

"My flower delivery never got delivered but so was unable to cancel online or get a refund and after calling customer service 3 times, there was always a 2 hour wait time. I never would have placed the order if I was told it wouldn’t be in time. It was definitely false advertisement and I paid extra for a holiday delivery that never happened. I will not sue again and would not recommend."

Find a better place to get your flowers

"Find a better place to get your flowers. I ordered flowers for my mom and my mother in law for mothers day. I selected the large bouquet for each. My moms came and was absolutely pitiful!! I can't believe I paid for a large bouquet and got that! My mother in laws bouquet arrived dead and the delivery guy broke her door!! He decided it would be a good idea to shove it between her door and storm door. Well, he bent the frame on the door because it did not fit and he shoved it in anyway. To make matters even worse I live in NY my husband ordered me a dozen roses for mothers day. For what ever reason they shipped from Cali and also arrived completely dead and all the petals had fallen off. That is three orders out of three that were AWFUL! Save your money or find a better company. 1 800 flowers does not care at all! Three moms who's mothers day came with crappy dead flowers!"

Wrong Order and 2 hour wait for Customer Service

"Orderee flowers. 9am in the morning status says ordered delivered. Nothing. Contacted customer service. 2 hour wait. Flowers finally arrived. Wrong flowers, but was the same one my brother ordered the day before for my mother for today (Mother's Day). Two of the same flowers, and to add to it, this order is $20 less than what I ordered. 1800Flowers is the worst. "

Worst Mothers Day Experience i have had

"Have ordered from 1800 flowers yearly on different occasions in the past and not had issues. This time around is a complete nightmare. I paid extra to have flowers delivered on a guaranteed day and they did not show up and as of this review still have not and not ETA of when (if they even will). Tried reaching out to customer service on all different platforms including calling them ( you will not get thru to an agent), emailing them ( you will not get a response), using their virtual chat on their site (Will not get a real response from anyone), as well as reached out on twitter which i did get a response however seems it was just automated and never got any more info.
Very disappointing and will not be using this service again.

Don't order from 1800flowers.com

"This company has terrible service! I ordered a gift for my mother, this is the second time I tried with them, and shame on me for trying a second time! They screwed up the order the first time, so I tried again, same problem. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping, then it never arrives. I got a message at 2:52 AM telling me that my product had shipped and that I would get an e-mail when it was delivered, no later than 8 PM. At 7:45 PM I became concerned realizing it was not going to arrive, again! I called and have been on hold for over 1 hour 30 minutes. I tried to chat with them, too, but the wait time is over an hour, and increases with every update. This company does not deliver on contracts, and does not provide quality customer service. Warn consumers to go elsewhere."

Worst company ever

"I had issues a few years ago with 1-800 flowers when they delivered an arrangement that looked nothing like the picture on the website. After a few years, I decided to try them again for Mother's Day. On their website, they have delivery dates listed below the picture of the item you want. I specifically chose an arrangement with a delivery date of May 7th so that I could ensure it would arrive on time. Well......yesterday was May 7th and guess what? No delivery!!!! Why even bother listing delivery dates on your website if your company cannot deliver by those dates??? They want to refund and give vouchers for their mistakes but you are losing a client for life!!! How about you just deliver quality products ON TIME? Your company is a joke and I promise this time that I will truly NEVER use you again. You've run out of chances. "

Still waiting...

"I am still waiting for my order to be delivered to my daughter. I went online Thursday April 30 and ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday May 1 for the 14.99 delivery charge. I had noticed if I waited till next Wednesday May 6, the delivery charge was much lower. I choose to go ahead instead so she would get a nice surprise sooner to brighten her day since she is sick.

No updates online yesterday until 4:30p where it stated the flowers were in Memphis TN and enroute to their destination of southern Illinois. Mind you that online they state they will deliver until 8p local time and my order stated delivery would be by 5p May 1. I will not use 800 flowers again - total waste of my money. Who knows what the flowers will look like if they even get there today. Thought I was helping the economy and brightening someone’s day.

HORRIBLE Absolutely Horrible

"DO NOT Use this unreliable company. 100% Fraud. Ordered a $90 flower order for my mothers birthday to be delivered to her house. Time was 7am-8pm. I called customer service 3 times in the day of delivery. 1st was on hold for a while then they lost service and hung up so had to call back to wait on hold again for 20 minutes. Service rep lied and said it will be delivered that day. Never got an email by 7pm. Call back wait on hold for 20 min again and this rep tells me its not going to be delievered. What is going on with this company. Totally unreliable noone take responsibility for it. Demanded a refund and was put on infinite hold. So beyond **** off from this!!!! Do not trust these crooks. 100% Fraud! "

Terrible, unreliable service!

"n the past two months, I ordered flowers from them, and had problems with both orders. Yesterday, it was my sister's birthday, so I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day. They were never delivered. So I phoned them and the agent said a delivery attempt was made but no one was there to accept them. No one attempted a delivery. I was home all day waiting for them to arrive. I also have a RING app installed that alerts me to anyone approaching our door and takes a video. No florist ever approached my door. So she said she would removed the $17.99 service fee and that I would receive an email confirmation and the flowers would be delivered the next day. To their credit, the flowers did arrive the next day and the delivery fee was removed, and the company gave me a $20.00 voucher that is good for one year. I also received confirmation emails about the above. So they resolved my issues with them to my satisfaction."
