Deceitful presentation

"I ordered a sausage and cheese basket with a congratulations ribbon... recipient Got a basket with a plain red ribbon and it had wild salmon and cheese. Waiting over a hour for customer service rep... they resend a new basket and guess what??? Same exact wrong basket .. another hour on the phone and they offer to send a really nice fruit basket with congratulations ribbon... what came was a thrown together fruit basket missing the congrats sugar cookie, petite fore’s and the choc covered fruit even though it’s listed on the tag... I am going to dispute my charge for false advertising... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Would give them zero stars if possible "

Disappointment

"My daughter ordered me a basket for mother's day. I was disappointment when I looked up the price and noticed she paid a very high price for a poorly put together basket. The entire basket was all cardboard box with just a few snacks! Maybe about six or seven if that! Total Rip off!!!"

Massing address details

"Ordered a birthday basket for my daughter. I noticed while looking at the tracking that they didn’t put her apartment number. With much patience yesterday I tried sorting it all out with the company and fed ex to no avail. Finally I talked to someone at fed ex and told them the situation. Long story short is I’m now worried my daughter whom was home all day yesterday waiting will not be home all day today. "

Not on time

"Basket was delivered one week later than the requested date. This was a Mother's Day gift. The order page asks when the basket should be delivered. If they were not able to meet that date, I should have been notified at the time of the order. It is no wonder they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau! I will never use them again."

To not use this company

"I ordered a beautiful Mother's Day basket about a week before Mother's Day and paid extra to guarantee delivery the day before Mother's Day on Saturday. Not only did not arrive Saturday or Sunday on Mother's Day it arrived Monday afternoon, 2 days late!! I've contacted customer service numerous times about a partial refund or some type of compensation/credit. They ignore you and do not respond."

THIEVES

"I ordered 6 truffle unicorn birthday cupcakes for my granddaughters 5th birthday--I placed the order on May 4th, paid $15.98 for expedited shipping by 5/8/2020 and today is May 11th--I still do not have the cupcakes, I have emailed and called-- plus they show the order was confirmed, they took my money but there is no shipping information---the order number I have does not work with online tracking system,but it is the order number they gave me in an email---right now I have been on hold for 51 minutes with this terrible company and I am very upset--they stole $49.19 from me--they do not respond to emails or phone calls but had the nerve to send me an email today asking me to buy more products from them. They are THIEVES not to mention that my poor little granddaughter did not have the cupcakes I promised her--how do I get my money back? I am a retired widow and $50 is a lot of money to me. This is just horrible and this company should be put out of business"

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

"I placed an order on 4/1/20 for a delivery of Easter Cupcakes on 4/10/20. NEVER DELIVERED... I never received any notification that it wouldn't be delivered, I sent 2 emails that went unanswered. It wasn't until they sent me an email asking me to "rate my gift"... and while they responded to the bad review, I spent 30 mins on the first phone call with the "specialist" telling me that they tried to contact me and that a refund had been issued.
IT IS A LIE! I then, on my 2nd call, was put on hold for more than an hour while they were "getting a supervisor" on the phone.... then I was disconnected.
I am contacting PayPal (which is the payment route I used) to see if they can get my money returned.

Cancelled my Easter order

"I ordered the dozen mini Easter cupcakes on 4/4 for delivery in 4/10 for my daughters family since we can’t be together due to the pandemic. I have 4 grandkids and this was my gift for them. The cupcakes were not delivered on the 10th and I received no notification from 1800 Basket. On 4/11, after being on hold an hour due to high volume, was advised the order was cancelled as the cupcakes were no longer available. NO EMAIL OR NOTIFICATION WAS SENT TO ME ADVISING THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I HAD TO WAIT ON HOLD AN HOUR TO FIND THIS OUT!!!! Do not order from this company. They ran out of cupcakes?? I ordered them 6 days prior to delivery. What a scam company. "

An Embarrassment

"We ordered a sympathy basket called "The Grande" with next day delivery, tax and the cost of the basket was nearly $200. The basket that was delivered was an embarrassment, nothing like we ordered, I complained and they sent out a replacement, excluding the next day delivery. The replacement was as bad as the original. I wish they would allow pictures here, I would show what we ordered and what we received, totally two different pictures...Not even close. I wished I read ALL these 1 star reviews before I ordered the original. BEWARE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, THEY DELIVER JUNK. BUYER BEWARE."

When a ZERO rating is Still to HIGH !!

"I did purchase this item on 2/12 and selected the delivery date to be 2/15, I paid an additional 14.00 for the Saturday 2/15 delivery, when I called after getting the confirmation and it showed a delivery date of 2/22 I called to cancel, they did not cancel the transaction, I called 3 times on 2/12 and they stalled my cancelation and finally the 3rd person said I had to call back on the next day, So I called back on 2/13 and again was told they could not cancel because I paid through pay pal and so my cancelation needed to go through paypal. 
Not only did you NOT deliver on the correct date of 2/15 Nor did you refund my purchase but then on the WRONG date of 2/22 you STILL DID NOT DELIVER the product and when I called you told me so sorry for the computer issue we can expedite the order for you and deliver it in yet ANOTHER Week.. WOW what a hoseshit company, you are Liars and Thieves !! I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend your company, products, services etc. It will be a mission to let people know on every social media network out there just how horrible you are !

Zero stars

"If I could give stars I would, I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Never again. Horrible service. I spoke with Mae,and she didn’t listen to a word I said. Package got stolen , and I cancelled. She still resent it. Totally disrespectful behavior. They just want your money. That’s how I felt about the whole situation. I learned my lesson. And to make things worse my daughter was dissatisfied with the product. Hardly anything in basket for money spent. "

My gift was delivered to the wrong person

"I ordered a gift basket for my coworker. I received an email that it was delivered. She did not receive it. I called the help line to try to find it. I was first told that it is still in transit (despite the email THEY SEND ME). After insisting that they check on it, the customer service rep admitted that they also received the email from FedEx that the item was delivered. She told me it was signed for by another person who's name I do not recognize, even though I work in that office. When I said that I was told: "Don't worry, the person XYZ has your gift basket" again. And again I said I do not know who person XYZ is. I was then told that they can re-deliver my item on "the next available date" - as it was a surprise birthday gift, another date would not work. They attempted to call Fedex and locate the package without success.
I should add that the gift contained wine, so needed to be signed for, I left instructions where to deliver it and my cell phone number for contact. None of this was followed and utilized, and the customer service failed to resolve the issue. I am currently fighting for a refund - not on;ly for the gift but also for additional $20 (!!!) I paid to have it delivered on specific date, with specific instructions.

What a waste of time

"I signed up for the free shipping deal for a year, then went to order 6 arrangements for family members for the holidays. I spent 40 minutes making my selections, adding the addresses in, adding in payment information only to get rejected for some stupid delivery error, which it wouldn't tell me which one was the problem. I spent another 10 minutes "chatting" with their help desk only to learn that guy had no idea how to fix the problem. I figured it out myself. Corrected the delivery issue, tried placing the order again and it just goes in loops. It doesn't complete my order. It won't even tell me now what is wrong. Here I'm trying to give this company over $300 in business and their website is jacked up. 60 minutes later, I'm done. Moving on to a company that can complete the order. "

Heart broken

"I ordered a large fruit basket. The basket was suppose to come with cookies, fruits and chocolate. I couldn't make it to my uncle's funeral so this was gift of sympathy for my auntie... when the basket was delivered my cousin sent me a picture of it.. I had maybe 8 pieces of fruit.."
