JUST DONT

"Ordered my husband a gift basket because he was out of town. At 7p on the expected delivery date it had not arrived. Called customer service was put on hold, lady comes back to tell me oh they just figured out that my order was unavailable to be delivered to the area. Wanted me to pick something else and it be delivered on another day. Asked to speak with a supervisor 3 different times, each time was put on hold for the same lady to come back and read the same script. Finally just asked for a full refund and no replacement. We will see if that happens. Avoid this website at all costs!"

Will never order from them again.

"I purchased an order from them for $29.99 and my hubbys card was charged $106.90 and they kept saying on their end the charge was $55.00 with delivery included and her english was horrible,we kept going back and forth over the discrepancy and I asked if my husbands card would be refunded and she kept going back to (ON OUR END IT IS ONLY $55.00) so I got **** off and hung up."

This is the worst company ever!

"I ordered a simple fruit basket on December the 6th it is still not arrived I've called 5 differsometimes with no resolution I've even had to call federal express myself and they can't give me a resolution cannot talk to a supervisor every time I ask they say the supervisor is on another call this company sticks!"

"They obviously don't care about their customers. For all the one star reviews they receive they've made no changes on their products, customer service and egregious business practices. Why they haven't been shut down or gone bankrupt is beyond me. Avoid at all costs. "

The Worst Experience Ever…

"I paid $80 to send my friend a basket as she was battling COVID and felt isolated. When I ordered, it didn’t tell me that the basket would arrive almost six days later. That wasn’t disclosed until later that evening. I attempted to cancel THE SAME DAY but the website had a “glitch.” The “glitch” wasn’t fixed until after 12:00 AM which meant I couldn’t cancel it. I reached out via chat and email and the customer service was just horrible. They told me they couldn’t cancel even though it was their system issue and the basket hadn’t even shipped yet. I continued emailing and they just stopped responding. By the time the basket arrived, my friend already tested negative and was already on the mend. A waste of money and energy. I genuinely would have ordered something completely different had they accommodated my request to cancel an item that they couldn’t deliver within a day or two (WHICH IS WHAT MOST SICK PEOPLE NEED)! Don’t waste your time if you value your money."

"I went online to order a basket for my dad for father's day. The entire time I was placing the order they said I was still in the window for it to make it there on time. There was a "free gift" option, once I added it to the cart they tried to charge me for it. I finally get to check out and as soon as they charge my card I'm notified that the order will not be there on time. I asked if there was anything they could do and they said there was not. They offered no remedy for the situation so I asked for my money back. It's august and I have not received a refund. The live chat assistant is extremely unhelpful and just continuously asks the same questions in circles after saying that they reviewed the chat. Stay far away from this company. After cancelling my order I found the same Items way cheaper on amazon and they got my order there on time."

Don’t know how to ship

"I live in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. I received a gift basket from this company consisting of meats and cheeses. Temperatures here were in the mid-90’s and the two tiny ice oaks had completely melted, as had the cheeses, by the time I received it. The box was clearly marked perishable. The company sent a replacement, but it was a repeat of the first experience. Customer Service is obviously outside the US and reading from a script. They would not issue a refund unless the sender requested it. I had to inform my friend of the whole matter so she could get her money back. I’m only 800 miles from the shipping center in Lodi, California. What do they do when they ship the the East Coast, 3,000 miles away. Very poor service!"

Refund my money not offer me a 20 dollar voucher I paid for express shipping and the item was received late which cause me to have to double buy for the same event. Not to mention it is **** poor quality. It is an insult to be told that after spending 100+ dollars that I will only get some type of voucher for 20 bucks. I spoke to a supervisor and she was rude and extremely unprofessional! What happens to the service in customer service.

Don't use this company for anything!

"Ordered a Valentine’s Day food basket for my best friend who lives 600 miles away. As a surprise, I delivered it to her work! Specifically ordered delivery for Feb 14, they delivered it on Feb 11 when she was off work for the weekend (11th, 12th, 13th). Coworkers called her to let her know a package was there. She called me and figured out I sent it, ruining the surprise. The food was perishable and needed to be refrigerated. Nobody did so. So when my friend got to work on the 14th, the surprise was not only ruined but the food went bad. I called customer service to complain and I got someone who spoke basically zero English who gave me a 20 dollar coupon for my troubles. Gtfoh. Never using these people again and you shouldn't either. "

Scammers

"Daughter ordered on December 16th to deliver to me December 22nd. On FedEx truck 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th returned to Depot each night undelivered. 26th received 50% refund for aggravation. 28th received apology and"compensation" for additional delivery of flowers, supposed to be delivered same day. She received a call from 1800 Baskets saying local florist attempt to contact me, recipient, was unsuccessful. She received a text notification that delivery was attempted but no one was home. This was within 30 minutes of her conversation with rep. and we happened to be on the phone together at the time. I subsequently spent 45 minutes on the phone with a CS rep, roosters crowing in background. Where is the package that i have tracking info for since 12/23, she said "replaced ", what then is in the tracking number we're following, "no longer available-replaced ". FedEx advised over scheduling issues possibility resulted in inability to deliver previously but today it's on a vehicle with normal delivery expectations and should be here by 4pm. Notification at 5ish states logistics issues and now scheduled for tomorrow by 9:30am. Compensation/consideration is being called replacement because of a "miscommunication " between my daughter and the rep she spoke with who surprise is not available right now. When the CR was finally finished with me and couldn't answer my questions or corroborate the sequence of events, she said the customer needed to call tomorrow to sort things out "
