"After reading lots of the comments and ratings, I ordered a pair of 256M RDRAMs late at night on 2nd(early morning of 3rd). Online processing was smooth and I got a comfirmation email in no time. After that, the shipping notice and the tracking information with a link to do the trace were also sent to me early next morning. Today, I got the RAMs in perfect shape. It has been only less than 60 hours. Free ground shipping was never this fast with other merchants no matter how close they are.

"I purchased a Vantec Aeroflow cpu heatsink from 11cb. Product was as advertised and shipped with adequate packaging. The price was definitely competative, but the order notification process was a little lacking since I was being fowarded to an non-working tracking site initially. To be fair though they were transitioning from UPS to Fedex (whom I like better anyway) tracking at the time.
Would definitley do business again with again if the prices remain this competative."

"Based on all the positive reviews I found here, I contacted 11CB to purchase a few items to upgrade two home PC's. After talking with their rep. (Brian) for a while, he convinced me that PC133 memory would work with my motherboard. I opted for 256K and waited for my order to arrive. Upon receiving the memory, it did NOT work as promised. A bit disappointed condsidering I had a lengthy conversation with Brian with specific regard to the exact model of the MB that I'm using AND my insistance that I didn't think that memory would work (in the manual). It took them a week to ship out the equipment that they claimed to have in stock and there was a mix up with the RMA when I returned the memory that their customer service department was not very helpful with. The other equipment I ordered works fine. Just a note to make sure that you know exactly what you need when dealing with this vendor. "
