"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.
I will definitely order from these guys again."

"Ordered 2 needed bulbs. Got a FEDEX shipping notice for Thursday delivery. (I needed them for Friday). I then got a notice from FEDEX that my new expected delivery date for SATURDAY. They sent my package from TEXAS to Chicago, Then south to TENNESSEE! instead to WAUSAU, WI. This upset my customer and myself. I contacted 1000 BULBS for a shipping refund and They used boiler clauses to not do so. They over package greatly and use an undependable shipper. I did not think my shipping refund was asking too much. They should be able to get a credit from FEDEX as they hired them and they screwed up. But NO!!! Signed, an ex customer."

"I called in I guess to late on a Friday to get my usual sales person. Ended up having to find what I need on the website no biggie. But In my haste I saw the red price for the bulb I needed and I assumed that's what the cost was, when in fact the real price was in tiny black type below the big red price. Oh well should have paid more attention at check out but it still soured my experience and will definitely consider another vendor solely based on the big red price not being the actual price. Just feels deceptive to me. I normally love y'all especially the phone reps. Have always had a great experience before and wouldn't complain but I got the survey and figured I'd let y'all know in case it might be happening to other folks. Thank you. "
