"I order items on a daily basis and few companies "get it" how to provide outstanding Customer Service. These guys do. I ordered 10 bulbs and one arrived broken. You know the feeling - do I try to open a dialog and hear - oh - you have to file that with the shipper, da de da da da, etc...
In one call and less than 60 seconds, the issue was resolved and they apologised for the broken bulb in shipment which was not their problem.

"I ordered sockets received them installed them in the cabinetry. Then gave your agent the socket number and advised i needed bulbs to fit the socket. Received bulbs which did not fit. Come to find out that the sockets while the box that they came in with the packing slip was the wrong outlet so i got bulbs and sockets that dont work. I had to destroy the sockets as they were bedded in the cabinetry and i got replacement the right ones from another company with the right bulbs. You need to check your quality control."
