I will never fly Frontier airlines again

"My 200$ suitcase is broken and they changed my gates last min didn't announce it to anyone especially after my ticket was printed and I got off my flight and went straight to my next gate
And then I have have videos I'd love to share on how poorly I was treated by Frontier customers service in the Denver airport
It was so bad that a complete stranger (thank God for you, and may god bless you everyday)
Came and saved the day I cry everytime I tell this story bc me and my son had no where to go In Denver!
Frontier didn't have a flight for my son and I until the next day and it went to PHOENIX Arizona! Almost back to San Francisco (where we left!) To go all the way to Cleveland!
This angel got us a room at the renasance and a Uber to the motel and even helped me with the the deposit
I'm a single mother going to visit my 90 year old sick grandmother and didn't have the money or the time for their games!
And it was a nightmare both ways! I'm completely broke and by the end of my experiences with Frontier it had costed me triple what I initionally costed me.
I had a rescheduled flight that went to Atlanta to Detroit connecting flight to San Francisco
And originally I had a straight flight to San Francisco from Cleveland
Us and many others were still in the tsa line! Cleveland was so packed that even at 3 hours earlier (which made no sense bc I couldn't check my bag till 2 hours) we didn't make it through the tsa line and we were stuck with a screaming child infront of us for the connecting flight Atlanta to Detroit to San Fran it was like 8 hours of screaming!!!!! It was tormenting
I don't know if it's ears were hurting or if she was hungry but there was no consoling her!!!! But then to try and drag my broken bag through the airport bc of how badly it was damaged!!!! I got the big bag with wheels bc It's easy to carry the weight! You would think if it costs 158 to ship it one way they would atleast take care of your bag till ita returned to you
But no don't think that for a second with Frontier
Also it's international flying so it's more security which means if you have a pad on they know
If you have underwire prepair to be invaded it really isn't a big deal its a woman that tells you were she's touching you but for real! Wtf!¡! What are you looking for it's like you know it's a bra you know it's on most women a day the fact that it can tell if i have on a pad is.... evasive of my privacy and embarrassing

I get it no one wants anything like 9/11 to ever happen again so we are all putting up with so much
But it's like where's the line? When is to much to much? As Americans as a whole we don't work together enough to fix real problems. Like when it's gone to far and we should demand change, on what is acceptable or not.
And when I buy round trip tickets and the airlines does something like change my Gate I never should have to pay a penny! Let alone have to consider getting a room and have unexpected costs! It's wrong and Frontier is horrible and I see they are already in trouble for charging people for over head bags when they are carry on by making the test box to small so they can charge people extra
They are just horrible and I can't imagine a Owner of Frontier being a good person when you know they are doing this to take
advantage and steal your hard earned money bc your in a predictable situation and need to get from a to b and forced to be stuck or pay the money you don't have.( and once your flight leaves your no longer suppose to be in the airport bc your ticket expired) So don't leave thinking you can fix things once you collect your self

Frontier airlines horrible customer service (stealing from a single parent trying to see my very ill grandmother) I believe theirs 3 parts
I waited in line at customer service in denver airport for 2 hours and one lady finally comes does something on the computer and then leaves and believe she saw all the people standing in line waiting for one of the four computers to have a person behind it, so all of the people are like what? Hey! Where you going! And she says quote
Oh someone will be here shortly....
Umm your here now and you obviously know how to use these computers why can't you help??
Rude! And the next lady that came charged me 200
And leaves
And then sets my flight to leave the next day! When I didn't have it to get a room in denver it was supposed to be part of my trip just a stop for a few hours! They changed my Gate after I was in flight for my destination!! And had my ticket printed
It's not their job to announce changes!!
What!!!
Yeah right
I'm so angry with Frontier and how they treated me
The Denver airport needs some big changes!
And the Cleveland air port
It's just laziness
Open more tsa lines!
Woman you know who you are thank you so much for being my angel that day you have no idea what it ment to my son and myself and to my family
