"Not only did I receive a ring that was the wrong size, it fell apart in 3 days. When I told them it needed to b repaired and made to correct size they tried to charge me to repair it and make it the correct size and I would not receive my ring back for a minimum of 55-60 working days. After they tried to repeatedly take random amounts of money outta my bank I told them I just wanted a refund. It took a month of them trying to sell me different rings for more money before I finally got them to agree to give me a refund. Their message said I would receive my refund in 4 business days . It’s on hold in my acct and bank said they aren’t releasing it for 2 weeks. This business is a joke that sells fake jewelry that they have 5 yr olds make. DO NOT do business with this company they will rip u off. Not only did they ruin my engagement I now have no ring. "

"Still waiting on my order to Process, should never take more than 1 business days tops and its still processing i ordered it on the 6th. I paid extra for express shipping for it to arrive in 3-5 days, today is the 9th, already 3 days, if it doesn't arrive by the 12th, or the 13th at the very latest I'm gonna be so **** I'm hoping it saying it's not processed is just a an error and it has and is on its way. Or I will be requesting a refund."
