"I placed an order for a camera , The order was never received LONG story short , UPS issued the claim.. I've been reaching out to customer service for weeks about the order and they keep saying returns department will get back to me . Today they finally got back to me and a guy (SCOTT) which is suppose to be the department manager calls me and he accused me of receiving the package and basically saying I'm lying because proof of delivery and Asking me questions about where I work etc The company is very unprofessional all the agents make customer service look very bad with the nasty tones and how they treat you . STAY AWAY!"
