"More than once I’ve had some challenges with the software I purchased. Calling them, Les (customer service) walked me through everything, even took remote access and uninstalled and reinstalled the programs, and even refunded some of the cost. When it happened the next semester (another class needing the software), had the same struggle and Les fixed it once again! You don’t see this kind of customer service very often! "
