"I was shopping online to find a replacement power cord for my sewing machine. It is curious that so many websites showed very different cords that they claimed would fit my machine, even though I know they don't. I trust the folks at Sewingpartsonline to have the true-fit part.
Incidentally, this part was on back order, and when I inquired about how long it would take to get it, I received a response back within the hour. I received my power cord this week; an email announced it would arrive that day.
I think this is the kind of customer service that many of us wish were more common place, but have found out that it's not. Thank you for your help with this order!"
