"I ordered a gaming pc for my sons birthday, I am not computer savvy at all but I found the ordering process very straight forward, when I chose components that weren't compatible this was highlighted and an explanation was given.
When I set the pc up, there was an issue with the software which was dealt with over the phone (on good Friday) without any fuss.
I would recommend PC Specialist to anyone, excellent service from start to finish. "

"I only have one complaint. Everything else was fine. I couldn't see inside the case I had chosen - just the outside. When I got the machine I found it had an SSD rack at the bottom front which blocked my (rather large) graphics card. So now I am using a temporary old graphics card until I can buy a replacement which isn't as long and as thick.
This was something I had bought from someone else so PC Specialist couldn't really know how big my graphics card was - but even sending me fancy pictures of the outside of the case with the door open I could not see that there was this extra bit of metal which was not removable.
Other people will get caught out the same way. "
