"Purchased a necklace ($14.99) and a phone cover ($14.99) as birthday presents for my niece. The presents didn't turn out to be what she wanted. I called Inspired Silver to ask about a refund, I was told to put the items in a padded envelope and they gave me a return address. Nothing was said about"tracking numbers". I waited 2weeks and did not receive a refund. Called the company and was told they have no record of the refund and they need the "tracking numbers". In her info about a refund nothing was said about tracking numbers. At our post office you can weigh your package pay the amount the machine requests and drop your item in the slot. LONG STORY SHORT I AM OUT $30.00 BECAUSE I HAVE NO TRACKING NUMBERS. Unfair policy and terrible company to do business with."
