"on 12/10/23 I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus and it turned out that only some of the applications work, others do not work, and some crash.
I sent an inquiry to the support center and for two days, even on a Saturday night at 6.30 I received help and guidance on how to deal with the problem I was having.
Now everything works like clockwork, thanks to the fast and adequate support team.

"After buying a cdkey for a game, the send me the wrong one.
Then the promise a refund but only when the key got sold again.
This has been going on for weeks. Nobody answers my mails anymore and I have not received any form of refund.
This is beyond bad customer service."
