Excellent experience, will be a return customer.

"I chose ExcaliberPC because they had the best price, and several fast shipping options to choose from for my item.
I used the website to order and it was very easy, and communication afterward was very good as well.
I really like supporting businesses like this vs. a BigBox store or other super large retailers.
A+ guys, keep doing what your doing!

A little weird

"Everything with my online experience through ExcaliberPC was good, I successfully made my order and opted for a 2-day delivery through FedEx which was an extra $60.

Later the same day I got a phone call from a ExcaliberPC representitive (+1-***-***-****) asking for a second level of verification or rather "how I understood it" some sort of proof that I wasn't making a fraudulent purchase.
(I do not understand how since I used a MasterCard debit card and supplied all needed information in order to make the purchase)
Specifically what was requested was a work email so I can confirm my order through my work email. The employee assured me if I replied trough my work email (which I did not use for ordering) - or if I used Amazon-pay or Paypal, (both payment methods I had not used to purchase the product) that then the order would go through.
Now first, this immediately struck me as a scam call - someone calling me to ask for my personal information / compromize my work account or have access to payment methods I could be using.
The employee gave an excuse that anyone could create a gmail and make an order and confirmed that if I did not provide this extra information or confirmation through my work account my order would be cancelled.
This whole interaction crated increadible doubt as well as confusion on my part as how could any seller not be able to just process a debit card.
Given the fact I already had a bad experience trying to order my product from Walmart and they ended up cancelling it, I ideally wanted to have it shipped and delivered soon, I opted to not give access to payment methods but just share my work email so the seller could contact me there.
The representative on the phone was overall pleasant even though this whole process is extremely idiotic to me as anyone could own a custom e-mail domain and pretend they have a work account
[****@****] contacted me through my work email asking for the same information I had already supplied on the seller website - only after that the seller sent an e-mail that my order was shipped.
I will no longer consider ExcaliberPC for future pruchases unfortunately not because they didn't execute - in fact they did but because they created doubt in my mind that I gave my phisical address, personal and financial information to scammers. Because of this instance I will relate the Excaliberpc name with phone scammers.
I have ideas on how to improve their purchasing process if they really need people to provide extra information so I would love to give constructive feedback if Excaliberpc is interested.
