"I bought a shoei RF-SR. Would have been 5 starts but they decided to ship it with a generic box, didn’t provide any of the accessories that were supposed to be with the helmet, and it came in a sedici helmet bag.. thankfully I had it sent to my local cycle gear so when I checked, they provided me with all the accessories. So my local store gets a 5 star(Riverdale UT) but the warehouse or wherever it was shipped from gets a 1 star, very poor on their end. "
