"I order over $4500 in patio furniture on May 1, fully expecting to have it arrive within a week or so given BBQ Guy's advertised promise to ship within 2 days. Well, to my horror when shipped I was told it would take more than 10 days to cross the country. Meanwhile, I had a business trip on May 12 that would take me out of town and had just moved into a new home in a new city with no friends or associates to manage a pallet of furniture dropped at the foot of my driveway. BBQ Guys did nothing - zero, zilch, nada - to help me in delaying shipping, forcing me to cancel the order. Then they had the gall to charge me $1300 for the return of the shipment - a shipment that had moved a mere 11 miles from their warehouse in Irwindale, CA., to the trucker's terminal at Rosemead, CA, 18 minutes away! BBQ Guys is a disreputable, thieving merchant that should be avoided at all costs!!! Run as fast and far as you can from them. "
