"When I ordered the stove, on the site it said that the installers would test the stove to make sure everything worked properly... these guys installed it like their parking meter was about to run out, and I had to stop them and ask them to show that the burners worked... they looked at me like I was a nut/a pain ITA, and then tested it with a touch of exasperated "Happy Now?" vibe.
And the way they installed it, it was sticking far beyond my sink in my tiny NYC kitchen. A guy who works in my building re-did their installation (He said, "These guys didn't know what the h**l they were doing"), so that it could be pushed much closer to the wall, and be close to flush with my sink.
The stove looks nice, at least."
