"i got this store from one forum and one guy said here they sell some items for people.

i came to the store to order one VGA card.

it is useless as the item was not working, and I had to return.

however, the way that they treat to the customers is not acceptable.

they ship the item to you without any receipt. you will be treated just like you beg them to take that item.

then when you send back the faulty item, they will still charge you 15% restocking fee with whatever they want.

that should be very very frustrated for me.

"ZTronics tried to repair my laptop by replacing the motherboard which fixed the original issue, but the new motherboard presented another problem that Ztronics refused to acknowledge. The laptop now repeatedly drains the CMOS battery. Each new battery I put it only last between 1 and 2 weeks.
I've placed phone calls to Ztronics only to be told that the technician who worked on my laptop will have to call me back. I never heard back from them and had to move on. Currently I have to go into the BIOS settings on each fresh power-up to reconfigure the settings so the laptop will boot-up correctly.

In my opinion, they’ll do a great job if all they have to do is replace the motherboard or video card, but if something unique pops-up after their repair they choose not to communicate with you.
