Outstanding Service and Competitive Pricing

"Placed my first order with this online site and was a bit skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. I ordered the wrong item and called to initiate a return. Spoke with a representative today by the name of Rae and was provided excellent customer service. Was very impressed as she went out of her way to resolve my concern and assisting me with finding the right product. Their pricing is by far the most competitive I've seen online and very fast shipping. Would highly recommend giving them a try!"

Impossible to communicate with.

"I purchased a 5000 Watt Dayton Diesel generator from Zoro. Paid in full on August 24th. Arrived. Leaked oil in first hour of use. Dayton tech said it was not repairable. Spent hours and hours on phone hold. Tried other ways to communicate such as email or calls to numbers listed for the company and its president. No calls went through. Wrote a snail mail to the President of the company. No response. Did not get my money back until Oct. 14th."

"I ordered a fan and light kit. The order info said it’d be a drop ship, not stocked in their warehouses, expect 8 business days to ship, and precautions galore COVID delays everything. On day 5 I called, no updates: the agent said she would speak with the company - please hold - and it’ll be shipped, but wait for 8 business days. So the afternoon of Business Day Eight arrives and nary a shipping update. The nice customer service agent says she’ll speak with the manufacturer - please hold - and sorry for the confusion, there’s no order to make, the products have been discontinued so can’t be shipped!"

Do not buy from zoro.com

"I ordered an umbrella base on 6/19. Ten days later it had not shipped, so I called and requested the order to be cancelled. The representative promised to cancel the order the same day, or the day after. Two days to CANCEL an order? But they failed to do even this. I called again, and this time I was told that cancelling an order takes 4 to 6 business days!!!"

Trouble not worth the savings. Look elsewhere.

"Order place for in stock item 09Dec. Informed on 15Dec that order was backordered. 23Jan order finally ships. To the wrong address and is never received. First call to customer support innitiates a new order # on 28Jan. Which gets auto canceled on 29Jan. Second call to customer support results in nothing. This business is run by idiots. Look elsewhere."

Reseller of Damaged Products

"I purchased a pump. On receipt, the pump was damaged and could not be used. So I shipped it back and told them they might want a little better quality check on the items they shipped out that have been returned to them. The replacement pump that was shipped to me was also damaged, and it also had been return, but it was usable with a little repair. Since I had been waiting a while for the pump, I went ahead and used it with the repair. When I contacted customer service and asked them if their business model was to continually ship returned products without checking them first, all I heard was silence. Buyer beware--you are rolling the proverbial dice when you buy products from them."

Poor Service Cancelled order AFTER 3 weeks

"I placed and order and it said shipping would be within 10 days, I have a contract team redoing my bathroom and told them my vanity lights would be here by the first week September. SO I emailed to find out status and tracking, and the cust. rep said she would get back to me in 24- 48 hours. This was on a Tues morn 3rd Sept. and I heard nothing back. Now Mon 9th Sept, I wrote an email back saying that I had waited 48 hours and was way past that time to receive an update on my order ONLY to get an email today saying that the order had been cancelled and my card 's preauthorization of funds would be lifted within 7 to 10 business days. Thank you for doing business with them and they hope that I would consider them for future purchasing needs! Really?? OHHH I don't think so !
Had I NOT contacted them in the first place, I am not sure I would have even gotten a response on the cancelled status of it to begin with, in a decent amount of time to get a replacement. VERY disappointed.

Excellent

"Came across a coupon for a "flash sale" they were having that ended at 5pm, even though I'd applied the coupon in my cart prior to the cutoff, by the time I was finished shopping it was after 5pm and the coupon had expired. I called their customer services (great that they are available late) and the rep was kind enough to still honor the coupon even though it had just expired. Items shipped quickly and were well packaged. I ended up not needing one of the items and intended to take advantage of the free returns, to my surprise the customer service rep refunded me and allowed me to keep the item without having to send it back! This is the kind of customer service I rarely see (Amazon sometimes is this good, but has been hit or miss lately) and it will make me a repeat customer for sure. Thanks!"
