"This is the fourth camera I get from Xetronix. I will probably get a few more as they work so well. I have a couple installed in Northern Ontario where it gets to -45 deg in the winter and had no issues. "

"I purchased almost $1000 worth of product. The most expensive being the wireless charging station for $249. The product is CHEAPLY made. The adapter to charge the power pack broke after a couple uses. As well it overheats and causes the memory card to warp/melt. What's alarming is Zetronix is aware of the fire hazard. In addition, the battery life on both wireless charger and hidden black box do not last on standby, anywhere near what they advertise. When I called to complain about the products, I was transferred to a call center out of Country. This made communication very difficult. I wanted to return 3 items and the representative assured me they would replace the items, and everything would be alright. They only shipped one replacement item. I called customer service and they told me they were aware that only 1 item was shipped. In addition, they told me I could not return the broken items. All I can say, BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!! They'll figure out any means necessary not to refund your money. Keep in mind, the items are very expensive and not well made."

"Horrible video and still photo ... playskool camera. Audio skips constantly during video. Still images are stretched, distorted vertically and focus is smeared. Wasn't expecting much, but this is way worse than the earlier flip phone cameras. Just a novelty, but not an actual camera by any standards. Complete waste of money."

"Great service and shopping experience. Even though I decided to return the product, it was not due to anything on Zetronix's part, only the suitability of the product for my use. Initially the device arrived ahead of schedule and in good packaging. Then, despite it being an international delivery, the return was easily done and good communication through the process. There was a restiocking fee, which is understandable, but the refund was processed promptly. "

"The shades and the controller are to easy to damage and your company does not like to replace this item when something happens like accidental damage from dropping the product, water damage, etc. I actually use this product to protect my self and others due to life and death situations to record observation and collect evidence of as strange behavior. If I found a more qualified product due to strength in material that provided the same features you would lose me as a customer, and business man who has self interest in making a profit as well as you do by making a small to large investment purchase. I gamble often and I could have bought a large order out of $37,000. If you want more of my money improve your product it's expensive, cheap material, with great features so I consider the product one man's garbage and another mans treasure. "the night vision is really poor since you only have a pinhole view of the room - requires a lot of panning side to side, up/down to see the whole room. In bright light, the camera works great.
I also don't like that I can't view recordings from the app, you have to use the microSD card. "
