"Purchased their DRL twice. First time they lasted one year. I thought just a bad bulb so I purchased again. They lasted for 2 years. Led bulbs should last a very long time but not theirs. Not looking for to tearing apart my headlight assembly again to get at the DRL. Stay away from this company unless you want to waste your money and time. "
"Purchased products from there web site and site configuration utility based on my vehicle. Once arrived did not work correctly. Called them, They said needed more components. So I ordered them. They arrived and still not not work completely. After 2 hours and 12 minutes on hold to speak with someone came back and said there is NOT a solution for our tuck. Had to ship stuff back and they have only credited me back for initial purchase not for all the add-ons to keep trying. Very dishonest place. Do not recommend. "
"Bought a kit in 2015 that had a faulty wiring harness, so they sent another one. Whatever, the kit worked and so I was fine with that.
2019 - Ordered a pair of replacement bulbs. Paid extra for expedited shipping but it still took 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did only 1 bulb was sent. Sent an inquiry which took 1 week for a response.
For all these reasons I cannot recommend this product/company"
"I purchased 9005 high beam lights from XenonDepot, and they did not fit my truck. I sent pictures of my OEM lights and their lights side-by-side that clearly showed the difference in diameter. I called multiple times to resolve the issue but they refused to accept my return because the box was opened. I'm now stuck with lights worth $200 that are useless to me. What a scam!"
"Purchased light set for my vehicle. Would not fit and connector wasnt same as original. Told them, they asked to see pictures and proof. Said they will refund my full amount once they received it. I got emails saying they were processing the return. Has been 5 months later and still nothing. Tried a chargeback and they lied to the credit card company saying it was being processed. Still no money in my bank and still getting emails from Danny and Rob there at Xenondepot saying it was processed, but they wont confirm it or show proof.
Total scam guys working the system. Avoid them!"
"I purchased an LED light kit from XenonDepot because they claimed 20,000 hours expected life, so I justified spending over $100 for a kit thinking if I even get half of that it would come out ahead long term. One of the two units only lasted 2.5 yrs which after doing the math means 2,730 hrs (using 3hrs/day x 7days/week x 130 weeks) and that is being very generous, I didn't have my lights on 3 hours day for a year and a half, my job is only 10 minutes away. After several attempts of me requesting that they stand behind the manufacture claim of 20k hrs and provide one unit, they only thing they offered was 20% off a new kit. I even offered to by a new pair for 50% off and they would not do it.
I found another vendor that offers a lifetime warranty. I suggest you do the same."
"I purchased an LED kit from them a little over a year ago, one of the LEDs stopped working so I contacted them since there was a two year warranty and the LED was rated to last 50,000 hours. Very disappointed, they informed me that the kit I purchased was no longer available and the only option I had was to pay extra for another kit. So I guess warranty means nothing to them, another customer lost."

Xenondepot is continuously redesigning, engineering, and updating their high quality top shelf products for the latest and most up to date flawless performance! I recently ordered some of their HID's since I'm going to projectors. I'm sure that they'll perform just as well if not better than expected! Anytime the topic of automotive lighting comes up on social media, I always recommend Xenondepot. I'm not the only one either. A friend of mine did a comparison of Xenondepot with other brands, and Xenondepot outperformed similar well known brands at a better price."

"I purchased a set of these & they worked good for about a month. Then they came on sometimes & sometimes they didn't until they completely went out. I was sent a new part & the same thing happened. It's only been 7 months & im having so many issues. The people there are nice but I can't get a refund for the part that has a 3 year warranty. Just say No."
"I ordered LED replacements for my 2015 highlander (every bulb). First let me say, SHIPPING IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW! I ran into 2 issues: #1. The tail lights that they have listed on their site are incorrect and did not fit the tail lights on my Highlander. I contacted them to return. I was responsible for return shipping $8 and a 20% restocking fee because they have the wrong part listed on their site. #2, the canbus resistors that they sent me for my front turn signals were not strong enough and when my headlights were on I was still experiencing a fast flash on the turn signals. I contacted them. They wouldn't take the canbus resistors back and I had to pay even more for the stronger resistors. I spent nearly $800 replacing every bulb in my vehicle. I will never recommend them, nor use them again. "
"They sent me Putco bulbs that don't fit the sockets, and replaced them with Phillips bulbs who's canbus resistors don't fit into the taillight assembly. Also, they sent me 4 596 bulbs that are too big for the sockets.
I want to send the entire mess back to them, but they won't accept any returns. I am stuck with bulbs that don't work.
I have spend over $1000 with them, but I won't be dealing with them anymore."
"Ordered rear tail light bulbs for my car using the chart provided on the website. The bulbs I received were not the correct ones for my car. It took me a week of phone calls and finally a paypal dispute to even prompt a return authorization. Then they lied and said they sent me the info for this, and so after yet another phone call , I got the actual authorization email. They wanted me to pay return shipping and deduct 20% of my potential refund for restocking fees. They are light bulbs for crying out loud, Not even worth the hassle after I pay more to send them back and get burned on refund. I spoke to 3 reps on the phone and they were all jerks about the situation. None were even slightly helpful. It was thier chart that is incorrect . Not my fault at all. I am no longer shopping here. "
"Ordered a pair of Philips HID bulbs and they turned out to be FAKE (Counterfit) bulbs as confirmed by PHILIPS. They will charge you shipping and restocking fee for returning FAKE items!!! And according to PHILIPS, they are NOT an Authorized Dealer."
