"I ordered computer fans from AnyPCParts for my MSI Gl72 (laptop) a while ago. I was lazy to putting them in and to writing this review lol, don’t let that let you think it took a while please!
Before I talk about the delivery, I’d like to say I live in Columbus GA (an hourish our of Atlanta).
One of my computer fans (4 year old computer) were making a lot of noise then recently stopped running at even 3/4 the normal speed so I ordered and replaced the fan. I found the best price here and it came with 2 of the fans (Fan 1 and 2 since the computer has 2 main fans) for around 20$ including shipping and taxes.
I didn’t mind the possible 3ish week shipping since I wasn’t in IMMEDIATE need to replace my fan, but TO MY SURPRISE THEY CAME IN NEARLY 6 DAYS (it’s been about a month so that’s why I said nearly 6 days because I don’t remember if it was 5-7 days so I’m just going somewhere in the middle.
The quality of the shipping was fantastic one thickly “plastic” packaged containing 2 separate packages (one for each fan) which were wrapped in the same type of shipping packaging as the entire bundle. Inside of each individual package there was a box and inside each box was double wrapped bubble wrapping and inside of that the fans which were wrapped in plastic and even numbered for where they go on the laptop.
Of course ordering off of a 3rd party website you’re not going to get the STOCK item, but they were the exact size and the connector to the motherboard was the exact same one. It all was in great quality for what I paid. The only slight concern was one of the wires on the connector seemed really thin towards the end of it, but after connecting it all (which I can’t believe I did correctly) it runs perfectly fine, it’s a SMALL slight bit more loud than the stock fan was 4 years ago, but it’s much more quiet than it’s been over the past 2ish years while it’s been collecting dust which air compressed cans haven’t been able to fully eliminate. I have absolutely no complaints about this and will be making a review video soon to hopefully let more people know that this website is legitimate and deserve these low ratings.
If you get a somewhat not up to par product, it’s the risk you take for ordering from a 3rd party website. I’m sure that the website just gets its products (this is all my speculation) from outsourcing from Chinese manufacturers that make computer parts much more cheap than they actually are in order to make profit in the margins from the expensive stock counterparts. This website delivers very much so in a timely fashion, they offer tracking information, and lastly they have a very responsive customer support which I contacted just to see their average response time and let them know that my product came in.

"i ordered a keyboard replacement for my laptop that i spilled tea on, they said delivery in 7-10 days. its been 20 days and its not here. so i look at the tracking# today. it still hasn't left china. i sen an email this morning and still nothing back from their support team. that was 12 hours ago. what a joke. after reading all the reviews on here i really just hope i get what i ordered. i should of known better than order from an unknown source without reading revies but it was the only place that had the part i needed."
"I ordered a replacement keyboard for my laptop on 25 June and it was supposed to ship within 10-14 business days. I emailed the company on 11 July requesting a status update. Only then was I informed the part was out of stock. They offered to ship me an arab layout keyboard "which should work just fine" or a non-backlit version they had in stock. Doing a search on their website yielded another backlit keyboard which would fit my machine ($30 more than the one I ordered) and asked about receiving that as a replacement with a possible discount on the more expensive item but that I was willing to pay the difference. I will cut and paste the response since as I couldn't make up this if I wanted to: (with respect to the other keyboard listed as in stock that I tried to get instead of the one I ordered)

Thanks for the response. We have sold out it acutally, so we revise it to an unreasonable price, but now, it looks it is not enough, we have revised it to OUT OF STOCK. Sorry for the confustion caused.

So instead of listing items as out of stock which may make people unhappy with their supply they price the item higher in the belief no one will order it at that price. Bottom line, they have held my money for over 20 days and are only refunding my money when I ask "hey, where is my product". I will not buy (or even try to buy) anything from this company again.

was G60-4AH17.001, which they advertise on their webpage and I ordered one. But I got a G50-4AH16.001, which is the wrong cable. First they told me it was the same one. Then they told me they couldn't find the cable I have posted the Email to and From any-pc-part.com
I am Not happy with this company they Think you are ignorant about a computer with the questions they ask.
And then after all the back and forth. They offered to give you a refund on the product.
And you have to pay to ship this thing all away to Hong Kong

I purchased an inverter for $15.99 USD and paid an extra $22.00 for expedited 3 day delivery service. I received it 8 days later. Looked in the package and found not one but 2 inverters (very suspicious ) and they are not the same as my old one.
Contacted customer service and received this reply from Michael:
I have checked the pictures you sent ; the inverter you received can be compatible with your original one actually, they just have different circuit designs, but you can find their connectors, screw holes are the same. Please be assured to use it.
I tried them both and they are either no good or not compatible. I would like a refund for this purchase and will ship your inverters back at my cost and recived this reply:

The voltage should be the same, in fact, the output voltage of the most of inverters (include inverters of other laptops,) are the same. Have you checked other parts of your laptop? For example, the backlit lamp tube, video cable. What is the symptom when you installed the inverter?
Cat and mouse game, I find it very insulting.
I have going on 12 years in the business and well aware of the testing procedures and currently own and operate my own computer repair business. Rest assured I will never purchase anything from this website again.
