"Now 7/7/2011, still waiting, stay away from these guys, nothing but trouble.
Still waiting on my refund for undelivered item.
Ordered a "Top Gun" grille guard and winch tray on 6/6/2011 that same day my credit card was charged, and an invoice issued. On 6/7/2011, I got a message that the item was heavy and that someone needed to be at home to help with the unloading of the item, tracking information included indicating FedEx and a tracking number. FedEx informed me the tracking number was not a FedEx number. I contacted customer support, they informed me on 6/8/2011 that the item was shipped by R&L Carriers and gave me a totally different tracking number. When R&L Carriers showed up on 6/10/2011, they did not have the item that I ordered, driver indicated that somebody goofed.
Contacted Woody's on 6/13/2011 asked them to cancel the order. Customer support said in an e-mail: "This item may get delivered through to you and you remain responsible for the purchase of this item in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale on our website". Make a long story short, they finally on 6/20/2011 accepted the cancellation, but have still not issued a refund, last e-mail 6/20/2011, be patient this is going to take another 7 to 10 days. Never dealt with a more unprofessional organization in my life.
