"Great for exchanges within the 30 day purchase period. Lots of info on the website. Pricing is equal to or slightly more than purchases elsewhere on the net. Some bundles have less than optimum performing items included. Technical support is non existent after several unanswered emails. I was told they get a lot of emails and was told to call. I did and ended up getting the unit exchanged. It seems that the "guys" weren't up on the operating system. I Ended up dealing with the manufacturer's open forum and that was another story."
