"Placed an order and the next day they send me two emails saying there is a problem with my order. Its URGENT I need to contact them immediately because they can’t (won’t) ship items ordered until I do. I already provided my name, address, phone number, credit card information and they verified the payment method was valid (pending charge on my credit card) Now, they want me to include a photocopy of my current passport, drivers license or government issued photo ID or they won’t ship my order? However, if I am concerned about data loss, I can cover all sensitive information on the photo ID, except my full name and picture?
Customer service says somthing like, I know how this may look, but…
But? No thanks.
