"I've ordered a heatpipe/fan 454692-001 for 2710p for around $40 (cheap).

No reaction/response to my emails from the store for about 11 days due to "Spring Festival" in China (may be true).
On day 11 (Feb 12) I was assured that "Your order was shipped out yesterday. Delivery takes 7-15 days to arrive."
Almost a month later (March 8) I contacted ****@**** again and was provided with a Tracking number showing that a package with destination Switzerland has left Hongkong on March 1 (which turned out to be true).
The item eventually arrived on March 11. It took 15 days to reach Hongkong (!) and another 11 to arrive in Switzerland.

Item condition: lousy. Just ripped out of an old notebook (2730p, wrong model!) and without cleaning the rests of heat-conductive paste nor providing fresh paste for installation.
When I installed the pipe the 2710p refused to start, the battery light was blinking, indicating a depleted battery (the battery was fully charged). But it wasn't a battery issue but the new pipe not being compatible with my 2710p.
I had to mount the "new" fan (working ok) to my old pipe despite the fact it didn't fit perfectly. I was eventually able to boot up again.

It took me 6h to assemble and troubleshoot the installation.

VERDICT: NOT RECOMMENDED

"I bought a Sony Vaio fun back in September and paid $25 extra to receive it in 3-5 days, and after some poor and unconclusive email chat I still did not get the item, nor a refund of my money. And it's more than 3 months now! Please DO NOT buy anything. The customer service is non-exitent and helpless, and they donnot give any solution nor answer. This company is a compelte FRAUD."

"I ordered a LCD screen for a customer of mine to fix his laptop. My order was placed on 3 December 2010 it is now 5 January 2011 and I have yet to receive anything. They avoid my E-mails and attempts to get a refund of my money. I have now opened a claim with Pay Pal to resolv this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people don’t buy from this company they are a scam and a rip off they only want your money and will not send you your item. Alspo they are out of china. If they do most likely it will be wrong."

"i've purchased NEW Sony Vaio PCG-792L PCG-7A2L 7D2L 7G2L 7L1L Keyboard Item# PCG-792L for $97. i haven't received anything yet. i've opened and dispute with seller via paypal and that's when i found out that they are in China. They respond with tracking # which says nothing, no sender or receiver and all it says is that it left China almost a month ago. owner zhixiao wang (****@****) is a total scam. Hopefully Paypall will be able to help me get my money back.
looks like they work under name of NotebookbatteryinUSA as well.

"I had a pleasant experience with Usa-Battery and Zhixiao Wang, AKA, "Stone". The product was as listed, and communication and shipping was spectacular. If you have an issue with "Stone", I would suggest that you give him the chance to resolve it.

"Don't buy from zhixiao wang or usa-battery located in china. I got a bad battery and had to pay shipping back to china, then got a wrong battery again. They wanted me to ship it back to them so they could try a third time without reimbursing me for shipping. It will cost me more than buying from the dealer. And PayPal would not help at all."

"Warning: usa-battery.com is located in China. I ordered a laptop charger via PayPal. Ten days later I wrote to usa-battery and was give a tracking number. Only then did I find that they are in China. Their website carefully avoids stating that their location. I have little hope that the charger will be correct, if I receive it at all. I recommend boycotting usa-battery.com!"

"I ordered a laptop charger from usa-battery.com. Their site indicated that it shipped the same day. 10 days later it had not arrived. Twice I went to their site and requested shipping information, referencing the order number. They responded only after a claim was filed with PayPal. They eventually shipped the wrong device. They acknowledge, after I sent photos proving it was wrong, that they shipped the wrong charger, but they refuse to pay postage to ship it back to China and they refuse to provide a refund or to ship the right device until the device they shipped me is returned to their address in China at my expense. "
