"Terrible customer service. Ordered a light fixture for our kitchen ceiling. After 3 months, several phone calls, and several emails - still haven't received the product. And can't get ahold of anybody at the company! Do not buy from this company!!"

"Ordered two light fixtures on December 23rd, 2010. Received notice this item was on backorder from the manufacturer. Delivery was expected to happen by January 30th, 2011.

After calling back during the first week of February to check the status, I received one email from customer service saying the item was still on backorder with the manufacturer but scheduled to be delivered by the weekend.

The next week I received notice that the item would still be on backorder through the end of February. It's now the end of March 2011, and after they TEMPORARILY SHUT DOWN THEIR WEB SITE, I have received no further response. I've tried emailing and calling (I get voicemail) and now I fear THEY MAY BE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

"We ordered a ceiling fan on 11/6, and our CC was debited immediately. But by 12/3, no delivery, so I called and talked to Customer Service, who said - "we sent you a back-order notice" (they did not), "but let me check". After several minutes, the agent said, "It's shipping direct from the manufacturer, and it's scheduled to ship this weekend." By 12/20, still no ceiling fan, so I called to cancel. I received a cancellation notice via e-mail, but by 12/29, still no credit to our CC account. I called the customer service #, but got voice mail.

"Ordered two sets of exterior lights on March 19, was told it will be shipped on May 3. But they charged my credit card right away.

May 3, no shipping info received. Called in, was told will ship by the end of the week.

Next Monday May 10, no shipping info received. Called in, was told will ship by the end of the week.

Next Monday May 17, no shipping info received. Called in, still was told will ship by the end of the week.

Canceled order right there, I will update the refund process later.

Update: Order canceled on May 17 2010, refund received on May 26, 2010, I had to call them one time to get my money back.

No, I am still very unsatisfied.

"I bought a floor lamp but was sent a screw desk lamp by mistake.

I e-mailed customer service, and the issue was resolved with no questions asked. I will get a special kit from the manufacturer to turn it to a floor lamp (the design of the lamp allows such an upgrade)

Given that I paid $90 for the lamp, and the "new" price on the web site for the floor lamp is around $200 now (and everyone else sells it for about this price), it looks like it was a mistake with the web page displaying wrong item. I ordered what I ordered, but I do understand it's an expense for the store to straighten this up for me. Only big stores like Amazon can allow that at little cost to them, so this merchant clearly went an extra mile to take care of the customer's issue. I liked that they didn't do "money back" as then I would have to ship it back, and spend time again finding new lamp, and I am VERY VERY BUSY!! (always); I don't have time for anything for the last 2 years. I found some time to write this review only because I feel I should say "thank you".

Order-related problems like mine is when the retailer is put to a test, and this store did very well. I recommend this place as it is unlikely anyone will have any order-related problems with them.
