"UntilGone sold me a New Canon 6D Mark II DSLR camera, but instead of sending me that; they fraudulently sent the wrong camera... A Used Chinese model Canon 6D Mark I. (The older model from 2007).
When notified to this, their response was subpar to put it lightly. They asked for pictures as proof, which makes sense, but refused to communicate how they planned on handling it. other than to keep repeating over and over "We're checking with our supplier". Their internal issues with their vendors is not the customers problem!! Kept asking for information, NOTHING.Asked for a supervisor, NOTHING.
Asked for a refund, NOTHING. Asked if I was going to get what I ordered as a replacement, NOTHINGSince returned it, NOTHING.
This is a straight up SCAM.
It's now been over two weeks since I ordered. UNACCEPTABLE.
They tried to pull a scam and now are delaying to rectify it after being caught red-handed.
Now my bank is involved to reverse the charges because I DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY and neither should you.

"I've bought several items from Yugster/UntilGone. I knew ahead of time that they were older models, or overstock, or whatever. With that in mind, I was always satisfied. Shipping times varied, sometimes slow, but usually OK. Products met expectations. However, recently I purchased a Chromebook laptop from them. It arrived, and is a neat little item, at least until I got a notice that it was out of the Automatic Update period. I got the notice 3 days after the 30 day warranty period was over. I contacted customer service, and was pretty much told, "Too bad, warranty period is over." I am still in dialog with them, but doesn't look like I'm going to get any satisfaction. Probably my last purchase from them."

"There is no responsibility for solving a problem or correcting a bad product. I purchased a digital projector that was so bad it was laughable. Here is the response I got back from one of their customer service reps:
