"I ordered some Troll Beads for my mom for Christmas, and I knew it would be a last minute gift, so I paid extra for expedited shipping. I shipped it directly to my parents house so I could be sure they would get it before Christmas. I placed the order, but never received a confirmation email, shipping email, or any kind of tracking information for the package. 3 days after I placed the ordered, I called customer service. They were very helpful and told me that the package had already been delivered to my parents address. The beads are perfect and arrived with plenty of time before Christmas! "
